“The staff here are phenomenal! So kind and really go out of their way for you. Unfortunately, like most places with the pandemic and staffing shortage, some things have fallen behind. But even then, they make up for as much as they can. Honestly my biggest complaint was the other people there. They were fully booked the whole week we stayed. Everyone was so loud! They’d walk in and out of their rooms late at night yelling in the hallways and having conversations. The doors slam really loudly. And we were unfortunate enough to have a terrible neighbor who screamed most of the time we were there. And we could hear everything through our walls. The good thing is the staff readily handled it and set him straight. My other complaint is the TVs are so dated, it is difficult to see much on them. And they were set so that the talking was really quiet but the sound effects were incredibly loud. We had to keep the remote in our hands constantly to change the volume. The bed was supposedly a King…but I do not believe it. We have a king at home and the one in that room was much smaller. There is also currently construction at the back of the hotel and they start very early. If you have ear plugs though it’s not a problem. Everything else was pretty great though. Even down to them having gluten free muffins and bagels at the breakfast buffet. The pool was lovely, and I had it to myself in the middle of the day. While we were there, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and it was not a false alarm unfortunately. The one employee there did a great job handling the situation and the fire department came quickly and we were able to get back to our rooms safely and soon enough. Overall, I’d choose to stay again. But I would ask for no neighbors if possible.”

“El personal aquí es fenomenal. Tan amable y realmente hace todo lo posible por ti. Desafortunadamente, como la mayoría de los lugares con la pandemia y la escasez de personal, algunas cosas se han quedado atrás. Pero incluso entonces, compensan todo lo que pueden. Honestamente, mi mayor queja fue la otra gente allí. Estuvieron completos durante toda la semana que estuvimos. ¡Todos eran tan ruidosos! Entraban y salían de sus habitaciones a altas horas de la noche gritando en los pasillos y conversando. Las puertas se cierran muy fuerte. Y tuvimos la mala suerte de tener un pésimo vecino que gritaba la mayor parte del tiempo que estuvimos allí. Y podíamos escuchar todo a través de nuestras paredes. Lo bueno es que el personal lo manejó fácilmente y lo enderezó. Mi otra queja es que los televisores están tan anticuados que es difícil ver mucho en ellos. Y estaban configurados para que la conversación fuera realmente tranquila pero los efectos de sonido fueran increíblemente fuertes. Tuvimos que mantener el control remoto en nuestras manos constantemente para cambiar el volumen. La cama supuestamente era una King…pero no me lo creo. Tenemos un rey en casa y el de esa habitación era mucho más pequeño.Actualmente también hay obras en la parte trasera del hotel y empiezan muy temprano. Si tienes tapones para los oídos, no es un problema.Sin embargo, todo lo demás fue bastante bueno. Incluso ellos tienen muffins y bagels sin gluten en el desayuno buffet. La piscina era preciosa, y la tenía para mí solo a la mitad del día.Mientras estábamos allí, la alarma contra incendios se disparó en medio de la noche, y desafortunadamente no fue una falsa alarma. El único empleado hizo un gran trabajo al manejar la situación y el departamento de bomberos llegó rápidamente y pudimos regresar a nuestras habitaciones de manera segura y lo suficientemente pronto.En general, elegiría quedarme de nuevo. Pero no pediría vecinos si es posible.”
