“Requested early check in while booking (a month out). The day of I didn't hear anything so I called to see if the room would be ready early and was told it wasn't ready yet but would be notified when it was. 20 min before regular check in time I called again and was told the room wouldn't be ready until 10min after 4 (normal check in time). Stuff happens but I wish I would have been notified before.The room was super humid and not a single door closed without issue (we were in a 2bdr suite)The keys did not work at first had to go back down to the front desk to get it reprogrammed after check in.”
