“The hotel, is hardly a hotel, more like a run down motel. This place is disgusting and I will warn you now. Dont come here for anything besides sleeping. And even then it’s ehhh. Everything is out dated and nothing works properly. Be aware the balcony are loose. I wouldn’t dare set foot n the pool or the hot tub. I did not receive my Mountain View as promised”

“Yuk! Shower looked nothing like pics online. It’s a 36” wide shower w/curtain and plaster falling off stall in 2 different places. We also booked a rm w/ a kitchenette that had no pots dishes/utensils, only a dirty small frying pan and a dirty mug. Burners still had food in the bottle of them. When I asked the front desk for kitchen utensils/pots/soap, they could not give us any. 3 days into our stay and they could not give us a pot to boil water. Community kitchen looked exactly the same, dirty, no soap, no pots/pans or silverware. Parking was a nightmare, not enough spots our entire trip. So many hotels in the area, this was the worst”
