“My family and I where really disappointed with many things about Decameron, even though we love the place because it's super beautiful we can't deny it, but starting with the whole registration process was so stressful, first you need to line up with your car for about 45 minutes, when you get to the lobby you need to leave your luggage there and go all the way to the parking spot and then walk back to the lobby for about 15 minutes cause it's a bit far away, after you need to line up again, provide your booking number and then sit down and wait again for you to be called, all this process just to get the room's keys. Walking to the rooms was extremely exhausting it took us about 25 minutes to get there plus we had to carry all the baggage, there wasn't elevators and we were assigned rooms at the third floor, my brother had an injury on his leg so imagine going upstairs with baggage and on his conditions. Rooms were fine but then we had to go downstairs to reserve dinner and breakfast, then walk all the way to the restaurant for dinner which was about 30 minutes from the rooms, then walk back to the rooms, we had really no time to even go to the nearest pool from our rooms and when we wanted to all of them where closed by 7pm they closed all pools no matter what, there was just one bar opened everything else was closed, there were no shows no entertainment at all, so we headed back to the room and spent the night there very bored, second day same story at the restaurant to get breakfast, spend hours lining up to get food, then another line to get drinks, then another line to get desserts, servers where not so nice, so basically we just spend about 3 hours in the pools during our stayed because they make everything so complicated, think about twice before going.”

“If i could 0 stars on this “ resort” I would. This place is a scam. The pool is dirty, and is very limited for the invitation we got, in addition the food was gross and they took forever to serve it. We were starving waiting for the food since we arrived nearly an hour after they open which is 8AM. They were supposedly going to serve food at 12 in the afternoon. Me and my family arrived at the restaurant and they didn’t even have any tables to fit our family of 5. Our only options were to sit on a very small rustic white childish table. We had enough of this and just left. I highly do NOT recommend this place and i advise no one to come here.”
