“We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and I regret the decision so much!! The only good thing about the hotel was the bedroom which was beautiful but everything else made our experience terrible and I really wish I would have stayed somewhere else. When we arrived we didn't even have a welcome note acknowledging that we had chosen their hotel for our honeymoon (not that I wanted red carpet treatment but at least a note would have been nice). The GEM even asked us when we checked in if we had our marriage certificate (I thought it was odd but said ok maybe many people pretend it's their honeymoon to get freebies or something) and I thought when we would come back to our room that night there would be a nice surprise from them, and nothing....The GEM is completely useless, I kept messaging him constantly asking him what activities there were to do etc and he not helpful, nor was any of the staff at the hotel. We were only there for 3 days of our honeymoon and I wanted to make the most of it and I kept having to chase them to tell me information (this is also a sale opportunity loss for them as they could have sold activities etc to us). The food is completely overpriced for regular food, we paid $60 for white rice and a terrible steak to give you an example. The worst part is that I did bring these things up to the management and they did nothing about it, the manager just came and talked to us but didn't offer anything to us to compensate the terrible experience we were having. The rest of our honeymoon we spent at the Four Seasons in Mahe and WOW! What a difference!! They made us feel beyond welcomed and the service was excellent. I wished I would have booked our whole honeymoon with them. Do not waste your time here, there are many other better places with better food and better service”

Belíssima propriedade. Ficamos em uma villa com vista panorâmica com vistas incríveis do oceano, do pôr do sol e das ilhas vizinhas. Nós amamos a vila e reclusão da ilha. Esta propriedade está localizada na Ilha Felicite e não há outras propriedades na ilha. Vários outros usuários mencionaram a comida. Achamos que era palatável, mas seria de esperar melhor qualidade pelo preço. Ficamos insatisfeitos com nosso gerente de atendimento ao cliente, que não tinha comunicação e acompanhamento. Gorgeous property. We stayed at a Panoramic view villa with amazing views of the ocean, sunset, and the surrounding islands. We loved the villa and seclusion of the island. This property is located on Felicite Island and there are no other properties on the island. Several other reviewers have mentioned the food. We found it to be palatable but would expect better quality for the price. We were unhappy with our guest service manager who lacked communication and follow through. However, we were very happy with the response of the resort managers when we expressed our concerns. The staff including waiters, buggy drivers and boat drivers were amazing and friendly. The spa was incredible and anyone staying should book more than one treatment. The property is overall gorgeous and worth the trip.

Bela ilha com vistas deslumbrantes, praias e vida selvagem. Beautiful island with breathtaking views, beaches and wildlife. The resort is beautifully designed and seems just like a natural part of this impressive tropical island built on top and around the massive Granit rocks. The management lives up to its promise to be sustainable and to protect the environment and its wildlife (for example they’ve banned plastic bottles, fill up their own water in glass bottles, grow their own herbs and vegetables and use local products). I’ve never experienced such a welcoming, peaceful and magical atmosphere — I felt instantly relaxed when I arrived! Amazing service in all areas at all times (especially Guest Experience Manager Angelle who made our Seychelles experience even more unique and beautiful), delicious local food and beverages (and a great variety), fun activities if you want to have some action or just ultimate privacy and relaxation. The Spa-experience is spectacular (don’t forget to check out the infinity pool with the fantastic view, especially during sunset). Our Oceanfront Pool Villa was stunning — awesome view, amazing infinity pool, perfect comfort and even a swing in the bathroom. Cut the long story short: Six Senses Zil Pasyon is highly recommended!

Tivemos um tempo absolutamente incrível no Six Senses. As villas são impressionantes e, apesar de reservar uma villa na encosta mais barata, nossa villa e a mais deslumbrante vista para o mar. Não tenho certeza se fomos atualizados ou todas as villas têm essa bela vista. O GEM foi muito prestativo, organizou tudo para nós e sugeriu várias atividades. Adoramos a paz e tranquilidade que o resort oferece. A comida poderia ser um pouco melhorada em termos de escolha, mas ficamos no hotel por apenas 3 noites, então funcionou bem para nós.

Tuvimos un tiempo absolutamente increíble en Six Senses. Las villas son impresionantes y, a pesar de reservar una villa más barata en la ladera, nuestra villa y la vista más impresionante del océano. No estoy seguro de si hemos sido mejorados o si todas las villas tienen esta hermosa vista. El GEM fue de gran ayuda, organizó todo para nosotros y sugirió varias actividades. We had an absolutely amazing time in Six Senses. The villas are stunning and despite booking a cheaper hillside villa our villa and most stunning full ocean view. I am not sure if we have been upgraded or all villas have this beautiful view. The GEM was very helpful, she arranged everything for us and suggested various activities. We loved the peace and quiet that the resort offers. Food could be a bit improved in terms of choice but we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights only so it worked out well for us.

Escolhemos este hotel para nossa lua de mel e lamento muito a decisão! A única coisa boa sobre o hotel foi o quarto que era bonito, mas tudo o resto fez a nossa experiência terrível e eu realmente gostaria de ter ficado em outro lugar. Quando chegamos, não tínhamos sequer uma nota de boas-vindas reconhecendo que tínhamos escolhido o hotel para nossa lua de mel (não que eu quisesse tratamento com tapete vermelho, mas pelo menos uma nota teria sido bom). O GEM até nos perguntou quando fizemos o check-in se tínhamos nossa certidão de casamento (eu pensei que era estranho, mas disse ok, talvez muitas pessoas fingem que é sua lua de mel para obter brindes ou algo assim) e eu pensei quando voltaríamos para o nosso quarto naquela noite haveria uma boa surpresa deles, e nada .... O GEM é completamente inútil, eu ficava enviando mensagens constantemente perguntando a ele quais atividades havia para fazer etc. e ele não era útil, nem nenhum funcionário do hotel. Nós estávamos lá apenas por 3 dias da nossa lua de mel e eu queria aproveitar ao máximo e continuei tendo que persegui-los para me dar informações (isso também é uma perda de oportunidade de venda para eles, pois eles poderiam ter vendido atividades etc para nós) . A comida é completamente cara para comida normal, pagamos $60 por arroz branco e um bife terrível para dar um exemplo. A pior parte é que eu trouxe essas coisas para a gerência e eles não fizeram nada sobre isso, o gerente apenas veio e conversou conosco, mas não ofereceu nada para compensar a experiência terrível que estávamos tendo. O resto da nossa lua de mel passamos no Four Seasons em Mahe e UAU! Que diferença!! Eles nos fizeram sentir além de bem-vindos e o serviço foi excelente. Eu gostaria de ter reservado toda a nossa lua de mel com eles. Não perca seu tempo aqui, existem muitos outros lugares melhores com melhor comida e melhor serviço

Elegimos este hotel para nuestra luna de miel y lamento mucho la decisión!! Lo único bueno del hotel fue la habitación, que era hermosa, pero todo lo demás hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera terrible y realmente desearía haberme quedado en otro lugar. El GEM incluso nos preguntó cuando nos registramos si teníamos nuestro certificado de matrimonio (pensé que era extraño, pero dije que estaba bien, tal vez muchas personas pretenden que es su luna de miel para obtener obsequios o algo así) y pensé cuándo volveríamos a nuestra habitación esa noche habría una agradable sorpresa de ellos, y nada.... El GEM es completamente inútil, seguí enviándole mensajes constantemente preguntándole qué actividades había que hacer, etc. y él no me ayudó, ni ninguno de los empleados del hotel. Solo estuvimos allí durante 3 días de nuestra luna de miel y quería aprovecharla al máximo y seguía teniendo que perseguirlos para que me dieran información (esto también es una pérdida de oportunidad de venta para ellos, ya que podrían habernos vendido actividades, etc.) . É um hotel OK na melhor das hipóteses.Pontos positivos: a vila, o design de interiores, as vistas, a natureza circundante. O spa é o melhor de sempre do tratamento ao ambiente. O pacote de lua de mel é muito agradável e agradável. Equipe amigável.Negativos: ALIMENTAÇÃO. Preço alto ridículo para comida de hospital (50 dólares por uma salada de jardim sem molho). A villa do pôr-do-sol da piscina na encosta está incrivelmente mobiliada e posicionada em um local extremamente bonito. A natureza é além de linda. As vistas são de tirar o fôlego. O banheiro e a piscina infinita são realmente perfeitos. A equipe é muito simpática, ajudando, sorrindo e falando inglês muito bem. O spa é o melhor spa que eu já vi. O tratamento, espaço, profissionalismo, tudo no spa é 💯 perfeito.Negativos: - a comida é a maior decepção.. é simplesmente sem gosto. produtos de boa qualidade mas com gosto de hospital. As opções de comida são extremamente limitadas. Em apenas 4 dias, perdemos completamente o apetite e pulamos refeições para evitar mastigar esse alimento. E nós definitivamente tentamos itens diferentes do menu. Mas nunca conseguia terminar um prato. Não se esqueça que a comida é mais cara do que bons restaurantes na Suíça! Preços ridículos para alimentação hospitalar.- serviço de mordomo/GEM não é o esperado. Não é até este nível de hotel e preço. Não é proativo. Não tínhamos ideia de qual seria o nosso itinerário durante a nossa estadia. A gente tinha que pedir exatamente as coisas, aí podia ser arranjado. Por exemplo, o resort tinha um bom programa de Páscoa de cortesia para visitar as ilhas próximas. No entanto, fomos informados sobre isso depois que o barco partiu. The hillside pool sunset villa is amazingly furnished and positioned on an extremely beautiful spot. The nature is beyond beautiful. Views are breathtaking. The bathroom and the infinity pool are truly perfection. The staff are very friendly, helping, smiling and speaking very good English. The spa is the best spa I've ever seen. The treatment, space, professionalism, everything about the spa is 💯 perfect.Negatives: - the food is the biggest disappointment.. it's simply tasteless. good quality products but with hospital taste. The food choices are extremely limited. In only 4 days, we completely lost our appetite and skipped meals to avoid chewing this food. And we definitely tried different items from the menu. But never could even finish a dish. Don't forget the food is more expensive than nice restaurants in Switzerland! Ridiculous prices for hospital food.- butler/GEM service is not as expected. It's not upto this level of hotel and price tag. It's not proactive. We had no idea what's our itinerary during our Stay. We had to ask precisely for things, then it could be arranged. For example, the resort had some nice complimentary Easter program to visit nearby islands. However we were informed about it after the boat was departured. Then we suppose to pay for a private charter, as they didn't inform us early enough! come on!- warning: the island has loooooots of lizards and other annoying small animals. Even you can find them inside the villa. Be prepared or just go to Maldives instead ;)

It's an OK hotel at best. Positives: the villa, the interior design, the views, the surrounding nature. The spa is the best ever from treatment to the ambiance. The honeymoon package is very nice and enjoyable. Friendly staff. Negatives: FOOD. Ridiculous high price for hospital food (50 usd for a garden salad without dressing). Zero taste, very limited options to choose from. Even coffee was horrible, or a poached egg was not done properly. Many items on the menu are not available. For a hotel at this price tag, food should be enjoyable and menu should be updated. The food is seriously not good. We rather stay hungry than eating that food. The GEM service should be more proactive and more communication for itinerary during the stay. At arrival, GEM should check with the guests about departure arrangements. But we had to ask for things and push for it to get things done. It resulted to do much less, so we couldn't even visit the turtles.

Vaya, qué lugar. Lo único malo es tener que irme. Verdaderamente mágico increíble lugar relajante. Las villas eran increíbles, muy espaciosas, con vistas increíbles. La comida también fue increíble. Wow what a place. The only bad thing about it is having to leave. Truly magical amazing relaxing place. Villas were amazing very spacious with amazing views. Food was also amazing. Our guest experience manager Kareem made our stay so easy for us as we were well looked after by him always advising us on activities to do. Overall great polite helpful friendly guy. Great place for relaxing but also a choice to do some fun activities. Will definitely be back in the future and can’t say that for many other places!
