Eu amei o meu quarto, perfeitamente limpo, cheirava limpo, interior atualizado foi realmente muito surpreendente. Eu honestamente não esperava que o interior fosse tão bom quanto era. A recepção foi excelente, muito simpática e muito acolhedor. A atitude da equipe faz uma grande diferença na sua estadia, de modo que foi fantástico. A única coisa que eu não gostei foi o lobby tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro. Todos os quartos são para não fumadores, o que é excelente, mas eles realmente precisam proibir fumar perto das portas também. Eu nem sequer quis ir até o lobby e tomar um café da manhã, porque o lobby cheira a fumaça de cigarro, eu não queria sentir o cheiro de mim e ter outra dor de cabeça. Eu literalmente tive uma dor de cabeça quando eu estava em pé no check-in do check-in, do cheiro de cigarro. Saí para jantar naquela noite e esqueci as chaves do meu quarto, então eu tive que passar pelo saguão novamente para pegar uma chave do meu quarto, e ainda cheirava muito forte de cigarros, então parece que o saguão está sempre cheio de fumaça , que eventualmente prolifera nos quartos .. o prédio inteiro está praticamente contaminado. Mesmo que o meu quarto não cheirasse a cigarros, eu ainda não sentia como se estivesse realmente respirando ar fresco e limpo durante a minha estadia, aquela atmosfera enfumaçada de fumaça permanecia. Por favor, impor uma proibição de fumar em todo o perímetro do edifício, caso contrário, foi uma ótima estadia, adorável-awesome pessoal, e amei o quarto real.👍👍 (Sim as paredes não são muito à prova de som, mas felizmente para dormir todos respeitosamente acalmou , e eu tive um sono repousante, apenas mantenho o ventilador constante durante toda a noite.)

This hotel is the worst one I have ever stayed at. The staff was awesome and helpful, but it's dirty like it has never been cleaned, there are cockroaches everywhere. I said I wanted to get a refund and pay whatever fee I had to to leave and they said they don't do refunds. I took pictures of everything and never felt so bad in my life than in this hotel.

Great place to stay lady on the front desk very professional and great attitude management 10+ as I was leaving he came and introduced him self and ask about how was my staying there gave me his card ...this manager looks like he really cares about this hotel ...most definitely I be back to stay there and will recommend to others 👍👍👍

The actual room was pretty nice, and above what you would expect for a budget hotel selection. The hotel desk staff was also very friendly and provided me very appropriate and consistent service during my stay, they did have an internet issue upon my arrival and I was unaware there was not daily maid service and there were no dishes, pots, pans or utensils for the kitchenette that was in the room. However everything else about the hotel itself was more than disappointing. Once you left the lobby area it smelled horrible, each floor smelled and some rooms you could smell something fowl from the hallways. My room was on the third floor and I had to hold my breath walking to the elevator. After observing some of the other guests it seemed that some of the guests were longer term "residents" of the hotel and that might explain why things smelled poorly.

Perfect for long stays! They offered privacy, security, full size refrigerators and cook top burners! I mostly picked it because they have a great laundry room open 24 hrs a day! No Pool!

This place is trash.. I reserved my room online a few days before and when I got there, the AC unit wasn't working, and I kept getting harassed by the same men.. i reserved an entire week but left the first day!

A única vantagem desse lugar eh o preço. O hotel tem um cheiro estranho nos corredores e piora no elevador. O lugar aparenta limpo mas a limpeza dos quartos n eh feita diariamente, além disso o chão, no primeiro dia, já estava meio grudento, E EU ACHEI UMA BARATA NO MEU QUARTO! Eles n oferecem café da manhã, mas tem um microondas, uma geladeira e um fogão no quarto.

De acordo com o preço, a sua média limpa, dentro do quarto há cheiro estranho de tinta ou algo assim, que o deixam doente, mantenha um spray desinfetado se você planeja ficar mais tempo, limpeza semanal apenas, taxas extras para limpeza do quarto, se você pediu. Média do tamanho do quarto. grande microondas, grande frigorífico. Tudo bem.

According to price , its average clean, inside room there is weird smell of paint or something , which make you sick , keep one disinfected spray if you plan stay longer, weekly cleanup only , extra charges for room cleanup if you asked. Room size average. big microwave , big refrigerator. It’s OK overall.

Edificación totalmente nueva. Excelente relación precio valor . amplio parking. Tiene dentro de la habitación cocina, microondas y nevera. Muy agradable las camas y todo nuevo. Vale la pena quedarse si va a estar por la zona sur de Austin

Si solo deberían mejorar en la limpieza de ahí ya todo bien camas muy cómodas

I loved my room, perfectly clean, smelled clean, updated interior was actually very surprising. I was honestly not expecting the interior to be as nice as it was. The reception was excellent, very friendly, & very welcoming. The attitude of the staff makes such a great difference in your stay, so that was terrific. The only thing I did not like was the lobby had a very strong cigarette smell. All of the rooms are non-smoking, which is excellent, but they really need to ban smoking near the doorways also. I did not even want to go down to the lobby & get some coffee in the morning because the lobby completely reeks of cigarette smoke, I did not want to get the smell all over me and get another headache. I literally got a headache when I was standing in the lobby checking in, from the cigarette smell. I went out for dinner that night & I forgot my room keys, so I had to go through the lobby again to get a key to my room, and it still smelled really strong of cigarettes, so it seems the lobby is always filled with smoke, which eventually proliferates up into the rooms.. the entire building is pretty much contaminated. Even though my room did not smell like cigarettes I still didn't feel like I was really breathing fresh, clean air during my stay, that icky smoky atmosphere lingered. Please impose a smoking ban all around the perimeter of the building, otherwise it was a great stay, lovely-awesome staff, & loved the actual room.👍👍(Yes the walls are not very soundproof, but luckily towards bedtime everyone respectfully quieted down, and I had a restful sleep, I just keep the constant fan on all night.)
