“I had to deal with excessive noise from tenants for most of two weeks. The hotel refused to remove the noisy tenants and remedy the situation forcing to me to seek lodging elsewhere. The day I left, I had to move my entire room full of belongings down four flights of stairs due to the one elevator being out of commission. I was offered no compensation of any kind for my trouble.It's better that people stop apologizing online after terrible customer experiences. Maybe if management enforced the rules and policies we'd all be on a level playing field. If you don't want to be a manager and have to confront people, try another profession.”
