“I’m a Diamond frequent guest at Hilton. I’ve been put in three different rooms today (1507, 2302, 1506) at this property and each has had stained sheets and mattresses, and in 2302, the bedskirt was just disgusting.
One would think that after speaking to the GM, someone from housekeeping would have actually looked at the sheets in the third room they tried to put me in.
I changed hotels. First set of linens in the first room they put me in were spotless. They should have been that way at the Garden Inn.

“As I had said. Everyone was very welcome beginning with Sam. He greeted us as we pulled up with our car with a smile and created a warm welcome which was most appreciated.
The person in the restaurant was very accommodating and patient and so very pleasant.
