“Experiência maravilhosa no The James! Meus amigos e eu nos divertimos muito. Os quartos eram limpos. Tivemos uma suíte com dois banheiros que foi incrível, e a equipe foi tão simpática. Eles tiveram um chocolate quente happy hour à noite que foi o melhor! 10/10, recomendo!”

“Check in late night after Halloween party like 3 am and checkout at 11 am. Room was so small, the view was to the garbage outside, no glasses for drinks and no fee water for drinking. Next day they charge me extra 49,50$ “service fee”, so I pay 300(taxes and fees included) for a small room with garbage view, 49,50$ “service fee” which nobody tell me when we checked in and 24.97$ for 1 soda and 1 small bottle of water. Total 375$. For this price you can get better room with the great view, couple bottles with the free water and glasses for drinks. They don’t even show that 49,50$ “service fee” in receipt. It’s not about 50$, it’s about trust. Will never stay here again!”
