TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: City tour of Rome. Evening transfer to Trastevere area.

We will enjoy a panoramic tour to give you an introduction to the Eternal City, finishing at St Peter’s in the Vatican, where you will be able to visit the Basilica and museums. In the evening, we transfer to the Trastévere, the busy city district well known for its typical restaurants. Return to hotel.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Tuscany region with hills and very picturesque villages. City tour of Orvieto.

Today we will discover the beautiful region of Tuscany. We will visit ORVIETO, the medieval city on top a mountain. Before entering the city, we will enjoy the impressive view from its viewpoint. Following this, with a local guide and on the system of escalators and ramps, we enter the promontory to see the façade of its cathedral. After the tour enjoy some free time. We travel on to CASTIGLIONE DEL LAGO, on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, where we have time for a stroll and lunch. After lunch we go on to SIENA, with its famous Piazza del Campo and Duomo. Afternoon leisure time in Siena.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: San Gimignano. Pleasant landscapes, hills of olive groves and vineyards.

We leave Siena and make a stop to see MONTERIGGIONI, a magical medieval little village with cobbled streets, walls, and little shops. After this we continue to SAN GIMIGNANO, a charming little city with its tall medieval towers. After lunch, we travel to FLORENCE, arriving in the early afternoon. We suggest an afternoon visit to the Academy Gallery (closed on Mondays).

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: City tour of Florence.

We will take a tour of Florence with a local guide. FLORENCE is one of the most famous cities of art and history in the world. Enjoy some leisure time.

Salida de Florencia hacia PISA, tiempo para admirar su conjunto artístico donde se encuentra la famosa torre inclinada. La etapa que seguimos a continuación es de extraordinaria belleza paisajística siguiendo la Riviera Italiana. Llegada a SESTRI LEVANTE, encantadora pequeña ciudad turística junto al mar. Tiempo para almorzar y pasear. Continuación hacia la Costa Azul francesa. Llegada a media tarde a MONTECARLO, podrá conocer su histórico casino. Continuación a la NIZA. Llegada sobre las 20.00hrs.

Esta mañana conocemos la Costa Azul; estamos un breve tiempo en NIZA para disfrutar del paseo de los ingleses. Viajamos entre impresionantes paisajes al Principado Independiente de MÓNACO; en ruta hemos conocido las técnicas de fabricación tradicional de perfumes. Continuamos entre magníficos paisajes por la Rivera Italiana, los Alpes se encuentran con el Mediterráneo. VENECIA, llegada al final del día. Alojamiento en la zona de Mestre.

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHT: Vaporetto boat on Venice’s Grand Canal. Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass.

In the morning we include a boat transfer to the area of Saint Mark in Venice, a city built on more than 100 islands connected by bridges. We include a walking tour with a local guide around the city of canals. Afterwards, we shall be able to visit the Murano glass factory city. It is marvelous to see the technique of crystal blowing. Free time. In the afternoon, some might like to take the chance to have a trip on a gondola. At the end of the afternoon, you will have the chance to eat dinner in the Mestre area, where you can choose the type of restaurant that you prefer (Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).

Siguiendo la laguna de Venecia, llegamos a RÁVENA donde podemos conocer el Mausoleo de Gala Placidia y la Basílica de San Vital. Tras ello cruzamos los Apeninos hacia ASÍS. Con un guía local conocemos la Basílica de San Francisco. Continuación a ROMA, llegada al final del día.
