“subway line makes rooms shake and noisy unfortunately. Additionally meeting rooms we booked came with annoyed rude staff, no coffee and for 500 euro no less. Pool is tiny and gets reserved (booked out) which was not communicated. At check in had to wait around 10 minutes because theres only one member of staff to check people in. Bathroom light switch was broken so first night couldnt turn it off. Would expect better from 5 stars.”

“Best location besides all interesting spots, bars and restaurants, theaters were all the big shows are performing in Madrid, shops etc.
Friendly staff, yummy and very complete breakfast and cozy rooms with nice views.
