“Definitely not a 5 star. Looks good from outside but rooms are pretty much motel like. It felt dated. The bathroom vent made a whistling sound. The AC was loud. The mattress was uncomfortable.
We had a brief meal at the Mexican restaurant which was fine. The ambience at the bar was nice.”

“We love the Gran Faro! Obviously, we're in a pandemic. The hotel is doing an EXCELLENT job of making their guests feel welcome even while they've had to significantly cut staff. Go for relaxation and great drinks. Tip your wait staff. Enjoy the beautiful weather and don't stress.”
