“We got to the hotel around 1 AM. With a reservation done previously. The front desk person did check us in and charged a little over R$1000,00 per night. They gave me and my family two rooms “connecting rooms” 201 and 203. My wife went up to room 201 with the kids to start getting things ready, I went to park the car and headed up to room 203. When o opened the door 2 people were sleeping inside. Went back to the front desk and they apologized for the incident and gave us two other rooms, this time 301 and 303. We headed up with the front desk person, room 301 was good but room 303 had a girl sleeping inside. The front desk person told me it was my fault because my reservation was not confirmed. Not sure what kind of people manage and work at this hotel, but they all should get fired. I will never stay at Ibis again anywhere in the world in special in Brazil!”

“Staff are pleasant and the place is clean. Our room was good but we were given 2 tiny single beds instead of a double. Couldn't sleep. For some reason we were given a room adapted for someone with special needs. The toilet was hard to use as the front of the bowl is cut away. Won't be returning.”
