“They thought we brought a cat into the room (I swear that I can't even imagine how they came up with that conclusion), they wouldn't explain why. They were really rude and didn't ask, just accused us and didn't believe us when we explained it was simply not possible. Then I felt that the staff kept rounds on the luggage up until the car arrived (maybe looking for signs/sounds of the imaginary cat). I don't recommend this hotel, definitely not guest friendly.”
