“Very poor service: - shuttle service was unavailable despite having previously confirmed it would be available - nobody picked up the telephone at the reception during working hours. I needed to keep trying for over 90 minutes until finally somebody picked up - when trying to post a complain to the management the staff just kept finding excuses why it was not possible...”
