“Arrived at 3pm got to room had to leave as we are here for football tournament. Got back to room went to pool there was a guy passed out at hot tub told front desk. Pool is freezing 🥶 😫 😩 kids swam for about 20 min said it was to cold went back to room heater didn't work fridge was frozen and wouldn't shut, shower rod was broke! Went to front desk she moved us to another room right away this room is much better the front desk lady was amazing very nice and thoughtful! Motel could use some updates and a pool heater but other than that good place and very nice staff so far”

“Lady at the front desk took 3 times to make my key for my room but other than that it was a good stay. Clean rooms. Breakfast could have been better but glad it stays open til 10. And love ❤️ the 12 noon check out!”
