Em primeiro lugar, escolhemos especificamente este hotel entre os muitos outros da região, por causa da bela piscina em suas fotos. A PISCINA ESTÁ PERMANENTEMENTE FECHADA, e deve ser removida do site! Quanto ao quarto em si, recebi um "upgrade" para a Suíte Executiva e digamos que, se esse é um dos quartos mais bonitos, odiaria ver os quartos standard! Era no 3º andar, em frente aos elevadores, e a vista era uma vista típica da cidade de outros arranha-céus, ruas congestionadas e construções em todos os lugares! A sala pode ter sido um pouco maior do que a maioria, mas parecia um espaço industrial muito básico, aberto, frio, não quente, acabado e convidativo. Para completar, a geladeira era uma das menores que eu já vi e não tinha nem micro-ondas! Por último, o quarto inclui acesso ao lounge de concierge... NÃO VALE A PENA! Nada de especial sobre toda esta estadia e dos muitos, MUITOS hotéis em que fiquei, honestamente, um dos mais decepcionantes média, NUNCA!!! Se procurar um pouco mais longe do aeroporto encontrará inúmeras opções onde o quarto standard é melhor do que o "upgrade" deste hotel, por um preço muito inferior! (Não se esqueça de levar em consideração o estacionamento por US $ 35!)

Local excelente, integrado com gigantes galerias e ao metrô. Um hotel muito sofisticado e que pode causar um certo distanciamento. O hotel tem um salão principal para grandes eventos.

Apartamento simples e antiquado, mas amplo e com kitchen. Ótimos recepcionistas, prestativos, educados e muito atenciosos. Café da manhã incluso, típico americano com ovos, bacons, batata e linguíça. Oferece ainda um happy hour, variado a cada dia, às 17:00h. Ótima localização. Próximo de shopping center, metrô e aeroporto. Possuem serviço de shutle.

First off, we specifically chose this hotel from the many others in the area, because of the beautiful pool in their pictures. THE POOL IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED, and should be removed from their website! As for the room itself, I got an "upgrade" to their Executive Suite and let's just say, if that's one of their nicest rooms, I'd hate to see the standard rooms! It was on the 3rd floor, directly across from the elevators, and the view was a typical city view of other high-rises, congested streets, and construction everywhere! The room may have been a little bigger than most, but it just felt like a very basic, open, cold, industrial space, not warm, finished, and inviting. To top it off, the fridge was one of the smallest I've ever seen and there wasn't even a microwave! Lastly, the room included concierge lounge access... NOT WORTH IT! Nothing special about this entire stay and of the many, MANY hotels I've stayed in, honestly one of the most disappointingly average, EVER!!! If you look a little further from the airport you'll find numerous options where the standard room is better than this hotel's "upgrade", for a much lower price! (Don't forget to factor in parking at $35!)

The Marriott was freshly renovated. The suite AC was really noisy and in the bedroom its smells like it will burn any minute. I switched it off after that smell. The suite was big but very cold and air comes from anywhere around.Breakfast standart US Style.

Tivemos um grande momento ficar aqui. Reservamos usando a Expedia e pagamos US$ 15 pelo estacionamento pela Expedia. Se você pagar no hotel, custará $ 35. Os quartos são muito limpos e espaçosos. Ele também tinha uma enorme janela de vidro que o torna mais bonito. Check-in e check-out foi um processo fácil. Café-da-manhã estava disponível para 25$ extra/para duas pessoas. Tudo é muito fechado, shopping nacional e o cais fica a cerca de 10 minutos de carro.

Nossa família se hospedaram no Marriott no quarto de julho, e nós muito impressionado com o serviço. O hotel era limpo e tudo era padrão Marriott, no entanto, o serviço foi ainda melhor. O gerente era Hani e ele teve tempo para se certificar de que tudo estava melhor do que o esperado. O serviço ao cliente neste hotel é de primeira qualidade. É altamente recomendável ficar aqui.

When you have an emergency you realize how dangerous, irresponsible and reckless this location is.It appears the interior designer thought leaving the phone in plain sight in the room was unsightly so they hid it close to the floor in a cabinet.And when you rush out to go to get help in the lobby (because you could not find a phone in the room), forget about the front desk staff worrying about you dying.Brandon the front desk staff refused to call 911 and instead decided to be rude and do nothing at all. Truly despicable and disgusting!DO NOT come here if you want any safety at all. In the morning I asked to speak with the manager and Brandon again refused to do his job or even let me talk to the manager.I finally was able to speak with a manager with someone else's help and she seemed surprisingly uninterested in this situation.Folks,Brandon is there for a reason.That's the way they like to run this place.They don't care about you and they don't want to help you.They don't care about your safety.

We had a great time staying here. We booked using Expedia and paid $15 for parking through Expedia. If you pay at the hotel, it will cost you $35. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It also had a huge glass window which makes it more beautiful. Check in and out was easy process. Breakfast was available for extra 25$/for two people. Everything is very closed by, national mall and the wharf is around 10 min drive.

Our family stayed at this Marriott over the fourth of July, and we were very impressed by the service. The Hotel was clean and everything was Marriott standard, however the service was even better. The manager was Hani and he took time to make sure everything was better than expected. The customer service at this Hotel is top notch. We highly recommend staying here.

Primeiro o bom: localização Premium; perto do metrô e do aeroporto e pela primeira vez no metrô - experiência legal. O não tão bom: Banheiro extremamente pequeno (aposto meu salário que você não vai caber dois adultos de tamanho "normal"; dois buracos aleatórios no chão - veja as fotos - muito estranho. Honestamente, um caso clássico de imagem do site do quarto e da realidade são completamente opostas; sim, eu permaneci no quarto e não reclamei com a recepção porque não deveria... Se minha esposa estivesse viva, teria sido uma história diferente... cuidado

First the good: Premium location; close to Subway and Airport & 1st time ever riding subway- cool experience. The Not-So-Good: Extremely small bathroom (I bet my paycheck that you will not fit two "normal" size adults; two random holes in floor-see pics-very strange. Honestly a classic case of website picture of room & reality are completely opposite; yes I remained in the room and did not complain to Front Desk because I shouldn't have to...If my Wife was alive it would have been a different story...beware

Esta localização é absolutamente perfeita! Você não precisa sair do hotel para acessar a estação de metrô, o que é super conveniente. Além disso, o estacionamento em toda a área da cidade de Crystal é gratuito nos fins de semana, então não tivemos que pagar a taxa de estacionamento cara no hotel, porque poderíamos estacionar em um dos estacionamentos gratuitos nas proximidades. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos. Eu amo que os quartos têm piso de madeira, então parece mais limpo do que o carpete. Eu absolutamente amei minha estadia aqui e este será definitivamente meu novo local quando eu ficar em DC, porque eu posso simplesmente caminhar até o metrô e me locomover facilmente por DC sem nunca ter que dirigir.

Ficamos duas noites e gostamos muito do hotel. O quarto era muito limpo e muito bom. A cama era confortável também. Foi muito tranquilo dentro do nosso quarto, apesar do hotel estar bastante ocupado. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos também. A localização é perfeita para chegar facilmente à cidade através do metrô. Vamos ficar aqui novamente!

This location is absolutely perfect! You don’t have to leave the hotel to access the metro station which is super convenient. Plus, parking in the whole Crystal city area is free on weekends so we didn’t have to pay the expensive parking fee at the hotel because we could just park at one of the free lots nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love that the rooms have the wood floors so it feels cleaner than carpet. I absolutely loved my stay here and this will definitely be my new spot when I stay in DC because I can just walk down to the metro and easily get around DC without ever having to drive.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The room was very clean and really nice. The bed was comfortable as well. It was really quiet inside our room despite the hotel being fairly busy. All staff was very friendly as well. The location is perfect for easily getting into the city via the metro. We will stay here again!

El Crystal City Marriott at Reagan Airport ofrece las comodidades que se esperan de un Marriott full service con una atención al cliente espectacular. Este hotel también ofrece un "concierge lounge" para aquellos que nosotros con status Gold o más alto. El único aspecto que no funcionó también es la comodidad de la cama ya que se hundía un poco y no era tan cómoda.

Es un lugar excelente cerca de todo.Hay varios hoteles,centros de convenciones,un pequeño mall subterráneo, restaurantes, estaciones de tren de DC y Virginia. Y esta está a sólo una estación del aeropuerto Reagan.El hotel es bien acogedor tiene un buen servicio y es bien bonito.Por último el acceso vehicular en caso que tengas un auto es tremendo pues es tranquilo pero,con entradas directas a autopistas y para llegar al área de DC también.
