Muito caro. Pessoal rude. O café da manhã custa US$ 18,11 e eles cobram estacionamento. US$ 9 por dia para estacionar você mesmo. Esta é a segunda e última vez que vou ficar em um motel 6 uh quero dizer hotel Hilton. Os quartos são pequenos. A banheira é pequena. Não foi possível obter o nome da senhora na recepção, mas ela é rude como o inferno, dando-lhe olhares feios e revirando os olhos. Sempre que desço à noite, todo mundo está no caminho e há uma fila na recepção. Os funcionários não gostam de trabalhar aqui. Você pode ver isso em seus rostos. A comida era tão. É um hotel bonito do lado de fora, eu acho. Obrigado por me ajudar a tomar minha decisão em futuras estadias em hotéis. Ah, sim, eles estão me cobrando mais de mil dólares por quatro noites. Sem desconto para veteranos ou pessoas aqui a negócios. Não entendo por que os outros deram uma classificação tão alta.

No hay descuento para veteranos o personas aquí por negocios. No entiendo por qué otros le dieron una calificación tan alta.

Overpriced. Rude staff. Breakfast is $18.11 and they charge for parking. $9 a day to park it yourself. This is the second and last time I will ever stay at a motel 6 uh I mean Hilton hotel. Rooms are small. Bathtub is small. Couldn’t get the ladies name at the front desk but she’s rude as hell giving you ugly looks and rolling her eyes. Ever time I go downstairs in the evening everyone is in the way and there’s a line at the front desk. Employees do not like working here. You can see it on their faces. Food was so so. It’s a pretty hotel from the outside I guess. Thank you for helping me make my decision in future hotel stays. Oh yeah they’re charging me over a thousand dollars for four nights. No discount for veterans or people here on business. Don’t understand why others gave it such a high rating.

Eu gostaria de ter tirado algumas fotos, mas vou tentar fazer uma descrição geral. Em primeiro lugar, o lobby, a recepcionista da recepção foi muito atenciosa e experiente. Segundo a sala. O quarto em si estava definitivamente seguindo o protocolo obscuro com a limpeza. A cama era um padrão inesperado! Super confortável e bastante luxuoso. O único aspecto negativo de toda a experiência foi o tapete do corredor, bastante desagradável. Era muito limpo, mas muito fora de moda. Isso não afetou nada com a minha estadia, mas todo o resto era tão moderno e bonito que meio que tirou a decoração que eu sei que teria sido mais apreciada. Ohhh, os cookies são os melhores! Agradável e quente, gostoso! Reserve e divirta-se!

O manobrista foi tão bom, ele se certificou de que entendemos o processo de estacionamento e nos deu sugestões locais para o jantar. O check-in da recepção também foi útil e rápido. Eu acho que a única razão pela qual eu não fiz 5 estrelas é que o banheiro não parecia tão bom e o quarto cheirava um pouco estranho quando nós entramos, inicialmente. Então ou ficamos cegos ou ele foi embora. Mas as camas eram confortáveis e o ar condicionado era bom. O lobby é muito bonito também. A localização é perfeita, tudo por perto. O serviço de translado para o aeroporto é organizado.

A equipe do hotel foi amigável. O processo de estacionamento é um pouco confuso e caro, mas o atendente é muito prestativo. A cama era confortável e a maioria das superfícies do quarto estavam limpas. A exceção foi a pia, que ainda tinha aparas de pêlos faciais de um hóspede anterior. O ralo do chuveiro era lento, então a água se acumulava. O chão não parecia aspirado e havia uma tampa de garrafa deixada no chão na minha chegada. Eu tinha um quarto com varanda com vista para o átrio. À primeira vista, parece muito bom. Na praticidade, é um design terrível para dormir. É extremamente barulhento. Fiquei por duas noites e não consegui dormir antes das 23h15 devido ao barulho dos clientes no bar ou depois das 5h das pessoas no lobby e na área de café da manhã. Geralmente durmo tranquilo e ninguém estava agindo fora da linha. O design apenas reverbera os sons diretamente nos quartos. Eu recomendo pedir um quarto diferente se atribuído ao Atrium.

Pedimos toallas extra y nunca las teajeron. Tuvimos que ir a buscarlas y los del servicio de limpieza entraron al cuarto y tras que no limpiaron dejaron la puerta abierta. Muy mal hecho.

Ojalá hubiera tomado algunas fotos, pero intentaré hacer una descripción general. Primero, el vestíbulo, el recepcionista de la recepción fue muy atento y conocedor. Segundo la habitación. La habitación en sí estaba definitivamente siguiendo el protocolo de Covid con la limpieza. La cama era un estándar que no se esperaba en absoluto. Súper cómodo y bastante lujoso. Lo único algo negativo de toda la experiencia fue la alfombra del pasillo, bastante monstruosa. Estaba muy limpio pero muy pasado de moda. Eso no afectó nada con mi estadía, pero todo lo demás era tan moderno y hermoso que quitó la decoración que sé que habría sido más apreciada. ¡Oh, las galletas son las mejores! Agradable y cálido, ¡DELICIOSO! ¡Reserva y disfruta!

El personal del hotel fue amable. El proceso de estacionamiento es un poco confuso y costoso, pero el asistente es muy útil. La cama era cómoda y la mayoría de las superficies de la habitación estaban limpias. La excepción fue el lavabo, que todavía tenía recortes de vello facial de un huésped anterior. El desagüe de la ducha era lento, por lo que se acumuló agua. El piso no parecía aspirado y había una tapa de botella en el piso a mi llegada. Tenía una habitación con balcón que daba al atrio. A primera vista, parece muy bonito. En términos prácticos, es un diseño terrible para dormir. Es extremadamente ruidoso. Me alojé por dos noches y no pude dormir antes de las 11:15 pm debido al ruido de los clientes en el bar o después de las 5:00 am de la gente en el vestíbulo y en el área de desayuno. Por lo general, duermo tranquilamente y nadie se comportaba fuera de lugar. El diseño simplemente hace reverberar los sonidos directamente en las habitaciones. Recomiendo encarecidamente pedir una habitación diferente si se asigna al Atrio.

El chico del aparcacoches fue TAN agradable, se aseguró de que entendiéramos el proceso de estacionamiento y nos dio sugerencias locales para la cena. El registro de recepción también fue útil y rápido. Supongo que la única razón por la que no tenía 5 estrellas es que el baño no se veía tan bien y la habitación olía un poco raro cuando entramos, inicialmente. Luego, o nos quedamos ciegos o se nos fue. Pero las camas eran cómodas y el aire acondicionado estaba fresco. El vestíbulo también es muy bonito. La ubicación es perfecta, todo está cerca. Se organiza un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.

I wish I would have taken some pictures but I'll try to do an overall description. First the lobby, the front desk receptionist was very attentive and knowledgeable. Second the room. The room itself was definitely following covid protocol with the cleanliness. The bed was a standard not expected at all! Super comfortable and quite luxurious. The only somewhat negative to the whole experience was the hallway carpet, quite the eyesore. It was very clean but very out of style. That affected nothing with my stay but everything else was so modern and beautiful it kind of took away from the decor that I know would have been more appreciated. Ohhh, the cookies are the best! Nice and warm, YUMMY! Book it and enjoy!

We stayed for 2 nights. Initially I booked and paid for a room online with a king bed with shower. After we checked in, we were given a room key and opened the door to 2 queen beds with a tub. The person at the front desk never told me that what I paid for was not what I was getting. We went to ask about it and was told that was the only thing available. On top of that, the tub didn’t drain well and it was dirty with a ring of dirt around the inside of the tub. The lighting in the room was horrible. There were only 3 lamps with dull, yellow bulbs. Overall, the entire hotel did not look like the photos and it was very outdated. Can’t forget that you have to pay $16 a night for parking. The parking lot was so full, it was hard to even find a spot. And it’s also $17 for breakfast… Another reason why I would give this hotel a 0/5 if I could was that we were woken up both mornings by the loud cleaning people. The first morning, we were woken up at 6:30am by banging and them talking loudly in the hallway. The second morning, they woke us up at 9am by knocking and asking if we could open the door. All I can say is save your money and find another hotel to stay at.

Hotel staff was friendly. The parking process is a bit confusing and expensive but the attendant is very helpful. The bed was comfortable and most surfaces in the room were clean. The exception was the sink, which still had facial hair trimmings from a prior guest. The shower drain was slow so water pooled. The floor didn’t seem vacuumed and there was a bottle cap left on the floor at my arrival. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the Atrium. At first sight, it seems really nice. In practicality it’s a terrible design for sleeping. It is extremely noisy. I stayed for two nights and could not sleep prior to 11:15pm due to noise from patrons at the bar or after 5:00am from people in the lobby and breakfast area. I’m usually an easy sleeper and nobody was acting out of line. The design just reverberates the sounds right into the guest rooms. I highly recommend asking for a different room if assigned to the Atrium.

The valet guy was SO nice, he made sure we understood the parking process and gave us local dinner suggestions. The front desk check in was also helpful and quick. I guess the only reason I didn't 5 star is that the bathroom didn't look so great and the room smelled a bit funny when we came in, initially. Then we either went nose blind or it went away. But the beds were comfortable and the ac was cool. The lobby is very pretty as well. The location is perfect, everything is nearby. Shuttle service to the airport is organized.

Ficou por uma noite depois de voar tarde no caminho para o mundo da Disney. Foi a menos de 5 minutos de carro do aeroporto que dirigimos tentando estacionar, encontramos o portão, mas o atendente saiu correndo e nos ajudou a entrar na área de estacionamento. Fui para o check-in e peguei alguns biscoitos quentes agradáveis na recepção, que foi um toque realmente agradável e os funcionários responderam a todas as nossas perguntas muito amigável. Elevador era legal tinha uma janela olhando para fora. Quarto era confortável, tivemos uma boa noite de sono. Definitivamente, recomendo ficar lá.

Stayed for one night after flying in late on the way to Disney world. Was less than a 5 minute drive from the airport we drove in trying to park we encountered the gate but the attendant ran right out and helped us get into the parking area. Went to check in and got some nice warm cookies from the front desk, that was a really nice touch and staff answered all our questions very friendly. Elevator was cool had a window looking outside. Room was comfortable we had a good night sleep. Definitely recommend staying there.

Not a review for a hotel stay but rather for the airport parking. Best airport parking experience I have had. EVERYONE is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. They have saved multiple trips with great and speedy service. Secure parking is easy and minimal walking and on real pavement! If you want hassle free no problems airport parking this is the place to do it.

Viemos aqui no fim de semana de Halloween para celebrar nosso aniversário de 1 ano. Eu olhei para uma boa quantidade de hotéis porque não moramos na área, então eu não estava familiarizado. A estética era boa online e pessoalmente. O buffet que pagamos era bom. A garota do check-in nunca me ofereceu cookies ou qualquer coisa como o cara do check-in ao lado dela estava oferecendo aos clientes. No entanto, quando você entra nos quartos, você começa a perceber que não é tão bom quanto parece. Os plugues não funcionavam no banheiro, o chuveiro esquentava apenas 2 minutos, e eu amo meus chuveiros quentes, era horrível. O banheiro entupiu na primeira noite, ficamos duas noites. O papel higiênico estava quase acabando quando chegamos. O vidro foi manchado com marcas de dedo e rosto ... A sala também estava quente no início. Em geral, não estou satisfeito com o que um Hilton deveria ser. Havia quartos que pareciam apartamentos fora da parte do hotel em que ficamos, mas dentro dos portões, meio confuso.

We came here over the Halloween weekend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I looked at a good amount of hotels as we don’t live in the area, so I was not familiar. The aesthetic was nice online an in person. The buffet we paid for was good. The check in girl never offered me cookies or anything like the check in guy next to her was offering customers. However, when you get into the rooms you start to realize it’s not as nice as it looks. The plugs did not work in the bathroom at all, the shower got hot for only 2 minutes, an I love my hot showers, it was miserable. The toilet clogged the first night, we stayed two nights. The toilet paper was about gone when we initially arrived. The glass is was stained with prior finger an face marks… The room was hot initially also. Overall not pleased to what a Hilton should be. There was apartment looking rooms outside of the hotel part we stayed in but inside of the gates, kind of confusing.
