El hotel Embassy Suites en Marlborough se encuentra en la carretera principal justo al lado de la autopista.Central para el centro comercial Apex, eso es todo.Estaba visitando el área a mediados de octubre de 2022 y, en preparación para las vacaciones de otoño, estaban llenando el área de recepción con una fragancia artificial nociva que era extremadamente abrumadora.La habitación era cómoda excepto por el sonido del tráfico y las luces extremadamente brillantes del estacionamiento.Hay cortinas opacas, pero me gusta despertarme con la luz natural, así que estaba un poco en aprietos.El desayuno era bueno y el wifi estándar suficiente para mis necesidades.The Embassy Suites Hotel in Marlborough sits on the main road just off the highway. Central to the Apex shopping center, that's about the extent of it. I was visiting the area in mid October 2022 and in preparation for fall holidays they were pumping the reception area full of noxious artificial fragrance which was extremely over powering. The room was comfortable except for sound of traffic and the extremely bright lights from the parking lot. There are blackout curtains, but I like to wake up to natural light so I was in a bit of a pickle. The breakfast was good and the standard wifi sufficient for my needs. The hotel is not very well marked and I walked right past the elevator without seeing it. The receptionist wrote down the wrong room sending me on a wild goose chase.

Muitas crianças. Eles estavam correndo para cima e para baixo pelos corredores até tarde da noite e andando nos carrinhos de bagagem durante o café da manhã. Não é culpa do hotel, é mais uma falha dos pais. As camas não eram muito confortáveis, mas o quarto era limpo e um tamanho decente. A comida no café-da-manhã foi excelente, no entanto, o cara da omelete foi rude, desrespeitoso. Eu não percebi que ele estava falando comigo e acho que não respondi rápido o suficiente, então ele gritou comigo. Eu não vou voltar, existem vários hotéis nesta área, então vou tentar outro na próxima vez. Eu não merecia ser falado daquela maneira, era desconfortável, constrangedor e estragava meu café da manhã.

Too many kids. They were running up and down the halls late in to the evening and riding the luggage carts during breakfast. Not the fault of the hotel, it's more a failure of parenting. Beds were not very comfortable, but the room was clean and a decent size. The food at breakfast was excellent, however the omelet guy was rude, disrespectful.I didn't realize he was speaking to me and guess I didn't answer him fast enough so he yelled at me.I won't be back, there are several hotels in this area so I will try another next time. I didn't deserve to be talked to in that manner, it was uncomfortable, embarrassing and ruined my breakfast.

De longe o melhor hotel em que fiquei com minha família. A limpeza estava ótima, o restaurante fez uma comida deliciosa, o atendimento ao cliente foi atencioso e gentil, e o café da manhã era muito bom. Eu tinha um omelete feito na hora todos os dias. Este será o meu hotel quando eu precisar de uma pausa com a família.

Maravilhosa equipe da recepção e super nice hotel. Tudo parecia muito novo e bem conservado. Bar não era um bar típico de hotel - o serviço de Gina estava no local e a comida era fantástica com preços justos. Nunca tive que esperar por um reabastecimento, pedido ou cheque. Wonderful front desk staff and super nice hotel. Everything appeared very new and well kept. Bar was not a typical hotel bar- Service from Gina was spot on and the food was fantastic with fair prices. Never had to wait for a refill, order, or check. Highly recommended!! Thank you from *hotdog*!!!

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in with my family. Cleanliness was great, the restaurant made delicious food, the customer service was attentive and kind, and breakfast was very good. I had a freshly made omlet everyday. This will be my go to hotel when I need a break with the family.

Sinceramente, não esperava que minhas expectativas fossem atendidas por causa de outras experiências nos dias de hoje em hotéis. Estive em outros locais de suítes da embaixada em torno da massa e deixe-me dizer-lhe… este é o MELHOR para se estar. Os funcionários são muito amigáveis, muito profissionais, muito prestativos e rápidos. Há hotéis que você frequenta e os funcionários estão todos loucos e deprimidos, mas esses funcionários, até a manutenção, são todos positivos, otimistas. Eu gosto de como eles estavam conversando e rindo um com o outro Quando eu andei pela frente, não é nada além de boas vibrações o tempo todo em que ficamos. O café da manhã era bom, eles tinham ótimas opções. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem, além da área ao redor deles, foram limpas. O quarto estava bem limpo. No geral, apenas aprecio o cuidado que este hotel tem e espero que eles continuem subindo daqui. Definitivamente voltarei, na verdade, estou reservando após esta revisão para uma viagem que está chegando. Com certeza recomendo!! A ÚNICA coisa que não gostei é que um dos hóspedes tinha um cachorro no quarto

Eu não posso me gabar o suficiente sobre o quão maravilhosa foi a nossa estadia. O quarto era muito espaçoso e tinha tudo o que precisávamos dentro. Estava muito atualizado por dentro, sem cheiros ou manchas. Tudo estava tão limpo e bonito. A cama era extremamente confortável e o concierge foi muito gentil conosco e prestativo. O chef que fez nossas omeletes, gostaria de saber o nome dele, foi o melhor café da manhã que já tivemos durante uma viagem. Tiro o chapéu para você, senhor omelete, você é um verdadeiro mestre em seu ofício, senhor. Só lamentamos que não haja uma embaixada em todos os lugares em que estamos hospedados em nossas viagens porque nos sentimos mimados agora, muito obrigado por tudo, voltaremos!

El hotel esta super Bueno con buen servicio y su ubicación es estupenda

Nice hotel right in the heart of a commercial stretch, which is convenient but doesn't leave much in the way of views. Pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel and the hot tub wasn't working (cold). has a cool glass elevator above the bar restaurant area and some very chill common areas. Breakfast and staff are the mvps. Complimentary breakfast was some of the most comprehensive hotel breakfast I have seen. The bussers and omelet chef were on it. Staff was courteous throughout

Honestly I didn’t expect for my expectations to be met because of other experiences these days at hotels . I’ve been to other embassy suites locations around mass and let me tell you… this is the BEST one to be at. The staff are all VERY friendly VERY professional, VERY helpful, And speedy. There’s hotels you go to and the staff are all mad and moping around, but this staff, down to maintenance, they are all positive , upbeat. I like how they were even talking to each other and laughing with each-other When I walked by the front, it’s nothing but good vibes the whole time we stayed. Breakfast was good, they had great options. The pool and hot tub plus the area around them were cleaned. The room was cleaned well. I overall just appreciate the care that this hotel has and I hope they just keep going up from here. I will definitely be coming back, in fact, I’m booking after this review for a trip coming up. Definitely recommend!! The ONLY thing I didn’t like is one of the guest had a dog in the room

I can't brag enough about how wonderful our stay was. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed inside. It was very up-to-date inside, with no smells or stains. Everything was so clean and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the concierge was so kind to us and helpful. The chef who made our omelets, I wish I knew his name, it was the best breakfast we've ever had while on a road trip. Hats off to you Mr omelette man, you are a true master of your craft sir. We only regret that there isn't an embassy suites everywhere we are staying in our travels because we feel spoiled now, thank you so much for everything, we will be back!

Stayed one night in a ground level Full Kitchen Suite/King 2 room suite. Room was well stocked with kitchen items. Multiple places to sit in the family room. If noise is a concern request a higher floor as parking surrounds the hotel. If accessibility is a concern be aware the hotel has a unique design separated into two wings. Pool is a touch small but adequate. Nice hottub. Full restaurant and bar in the center of the hotel. Morning breakfast was popular and has fresh prepared items. Would stay again. It's across the street from the Apex center.

hospedado em uma suíte King, quarto foi great e muito espaço. O chuveiro poderia ser muito maior, essa seria a minha única reclamação. Restaurante tinha comida incrível, mas era um pouco caro. A equipe foi incrível! É preciso haver apenas horas para adultos na piscina à noite. Para muitas crianças gritando e espirrando. Difícil para os adultos se divertirem. Eu definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente!

Stayed in a King suite, room was great and had plenty of room. The shower could of been much bigger, that would be my only complaint. Restaurant had awesome food, but was a little on the pricey side. Staff was awesome! There needs to be adults only hours on the pool at night though. To many screaming and splashing kids. Hard for the adults to enjoy themselves. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Un hotel con empleados muy groceros, especialmente una que está en el hotel de phoenix llamada CHANEL afroamericana. Si eres mexicano y tienes hijos no te recomiendo llegar aquí, ya que nos echaron afuera a media noche por qué el vecino se quejó de ruidos, sin prueba alguna nos echaron simple y sencillamente RACISMO Y DESCRIMINACION. Espero que les sirva mi opinión para que nadie se hospede ahí, ya que ni el dinero de la noche nos regresaron y no nos dejaron hablar. Ojalá podamos poner algún tipo de demanda por este trato tan grocero. Ya que si no fuera por nosotros se les vendría abajo su hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was super convientant to attractions and restaurants. Only issue was the construction going on limited access to bar and restaurant items within hotel

The hotel was under constuction but was fine in the open area. I don't our room was updated but it was very nice! We all really enjoyed the breakfast!! The pool was nice and at night they had smore...

Under renovations - don’t book until they are done. Still question if they really updated the rooms they say they have. Best to Stay across street in APEX area in new hotels. Hope this helps you if...
