“Booked the hotel thinking that it would be a great place to stay with my family. First it started when we checked in they where super rude with just an attitude. We went into the elevator and there was water everywhere and my daughter slipped I told them about it they didn't even care to do anything about it. Then when I checked my account they charged my card 3 times and when asking them about it they said they would fix it but they made it seem like it was are fault when it was there's. They we very rude about the situation the manger Byron has the worst attitude. Wouldn't waste your money just stay somewhere else.”
