“This trip was arranged by my employer! Check in was the easiest I've seen in my life! The clerk was very mindful of placing me on a floor where I wouldn't be disturbed and I honestly didn't hear sound until waking up! The room came with a refrigerator and there is microwave access available in the lobby! The breakfast buffet was well stocked with freshly made hot and cold items! There is a full sized unit door pool, gym and nice seating area in the Lobby! There is also a 24 hour Airport shuttle available, although if you don't have heavy luggage, you can literally just cross the roadway and be inside the airport terminal in about 5-10 minutes! There's a McDonald's, Tim Hortons, and Starbucks within walking distance! There is also a city bus right out side that serves down buffalo and a regional mall! It is situated in a cluster of four hotels owned by the Hilton!”

“Literally across the street from the airport, as in walking distance, the staff were friendly and courteous and the accommodations exceptional. I've stayed in far pricier hotels with pretty similar quality of rooms and service. I've also stayed in hotels with the same price ranges but much lower quality. I was impressed by how nice the stay was. There was no microwave in the room i received, but the one on the lobby was fine for my needs. There was one morning I didn't want room service, but had forgotten it was scheduled for the day (they stagger service days as a leftover from COVID, and to reduce waste & costs), so I hadn't left the "do not disturb" sign out like I should have. I did put on the security stop to prevent the door opening, and was awoken by staff repeatedly trying to open the door. I think they knocked first, but nobody spoke/ called out, which would seem the easier thing to do. I think many of the housekeeping staff don't speak English and may be embarrassed or shy to speak up, which is to bad because otherwise they seem nice enough. The desk folk were super helpful. I stayed because the place I'm renting caught fire and was being repaired and cleaned up, and my stay was a kindness from some friends in KY; Kendall was exceptionally kind and helpful getting things arranged; Chanelle was really great, too, and when my pizza delivery gave me the wrong soda, she let me exchange it for stuff in their little "store" area. TLDR: ppl were great, excellent room for the price.”
