The hotel is beautiful and the mall is great and full of so many food and dessert places. The traffic around the area is EXTREMELY heavy. I stayed here with my husband and daughters for 3 nights after the first night we realized the room didn’t run as cool as the AC said so we called and they had someone come look at it who told us the would reset it on their part and he could hear it wasn’t running as well as it should. The next day when we got back to our hotel the situation still wasn’t taken care of and no information as to why it wasn’t taken care of as given to us. They offered to move our room but it was way past 12 am and we had two sleeping children with us so thankfully it was cool that night and they said they’d fix it the next day if not we would get a new room. We left again the next morning and when we returned to the hotel we were told the AC was fixed. Of course we got up to the room and it was still warm and the reader showed the temp was way higher than it was set to. All that was offered to us was a free breakfast. Side note: we are supposed to be “reward members”. So here we are with a still broken AC waiting on a manager who still has yet to speak to us. Very disappointed in this hotel and very disappointed in the reward program. We will be getting out ASAP!

Excelentes instalações, limpas, confortáveis e confortáveis. O único inconveniente é que a reserva prévia demorava 4 horas para entregar o quarto, depois de uma longa viagem o que se quer é descansar e esperar esse tempo é exasperante; Espero que este detalhe seja levado em consideração

Excelentes instalaciones, limpio, comodo y confortable. El unico inconveniente es que previa reservacion demoraron 4 horas para hacer entrega de la habitacion, despues de un largo viaje lo que desea uno es llegar a descasar y esperar ese tiempo es desesperante; espero tomen ese cuenta este detalle

Excelente serviço do pessoal. Muito simpático e atencioso. O hotel tem piscina, algo que os outros hotéis Fiesta Americana na Cidade do México não têm. É um hotel muito recente, de muito boa qualidade em relação ao preço. Vistas muito boas e encontra-se dentro do centro comercial Parque Toreo. Perto de Polanco e a noroeste da cidade.

Excelente servicio del personal. Muy amables y atentos. El hotel tiene alberca, algo que los otros de la Ciudad de México de los Fiesta Americana no tienen. Es un hotel muy reciente, muy buena calidad en relación con el precio. Muy buenas vistas y está dentro del centro comercial Parque Toreo. Cercano a Polanco y al noroeste de la ciudad.

Excellent service from the staff. Very friendly and attentive. The hotel has a swimming pool, something the other Fiesta Americana hotels in Mexico City don't have. It is a very recent hotel, very good quality in relation to the price. Very good views and it is inside the Parque Toreo shopping center. Close to Polanco and northwest of the city.

Esta viagem ao México é realmente muito preocupante, porque foi só recentemente que houve notícia de que a lei e a ordem locais eram muito ruins, então quando saí do aeroporto fiquei um pouco preocupado com a segurança do hotel, não é seguro sair para comer e comprar coisas ... etc. . No entanto, todos os problemas deste restaurante desapareceu, este é realmente um ótimo hotel. Este hotel está localizado no centro da cidade, e o próprio edifício é um grande shopping center com muitos restaurantes, lojas, lojas de departamento ... Mais do que o supermercado, então não há necessidade de sair, toda a comida e compras serão instaladas neste lugar ( Os moradores mexicanos também sugeriram que não saíssemos, considerações de segurança). O quarto foi muito boa e a estadia foi muito confortáveis. Há também um grande supermercado Walmart nas proximidades. Da próxima vez que eu tiver a chance de voltar para a Cidade do México, ainda tenho que morar aqui.

Hotel muito novo, serviço de primeira como sempre no México, se tem uma coisa boa no México é o serviço de turismo, mesmo que de negócios. Hotel está num complexo com um Shopping o que ajuda muito, assim não precisa pegar mais trânsito para jantar, tem muita opção na praça de alimentação e vários restaurantes também. O entorno do complexo de hotel e shopping está meio caótico, pois ainda não está tudo pronto. Acho que deverá melhorar daqui um tempo. Tem uma academia boa e piscina já cobertura.

The good: Once you enter the Hotel it is really nice, clean, the food is excellent in the hotel restaurant. The room is really comfortable.The bad: Arriving or leaving to the hotel can be really difficult. One person had to wait 45 min on the last km just to arrive to the main entrance. To go out, I have to cross the street, which does not seem safe, to take the uber, due traffic they don't want to go there.The price for that location, seems quite expensive.If you are going to be on that Hotel and on the mall next to it, great.

Work rooms are not as clean as I would like it to be. Snacks and food service is good during working sessions. Buffet is above average. The hotel in general is beautiful and clean and has very nice modern decor, and it is part of a nice mall that has more than enough stores. The issue is that the location is awful, it's just in the middle of a low class area that looks and feels pretty dangerous.

I was here for an conference, and the conference rooms (multi-purpose rooms) are very confortables, a very good sound, very good vision, the a/c was very comfortable, and the experience with the parking lot was cool. You can arrive there in public transportation, or subway.

First and foremost, amazing customer service! They treat you like royalty the minute you get there. Luxurious, clean and the rooms had great views. The large flat screen TV inside the room was thankfully connected to internet and had YouTube app already installed, so I was easily able to play some good jams while getting ready for a fun night out. Ordered room service real late around 3:00 AM after coming back from the club and Man! Did that food taste good! It was a quesadilla plate. So fresh, you can tell it was made from scratch using only quality ingredients. Although they didn't typically serve freshly squeezed juices ("Aguas Frescas") that late at night, they didn't mind at all to go a little out of their way to make my friend and I one. "Aguas Frescas" are usually cheap Kool-aid type of juice drinks, but this place has definitely exceeded my expectations when it comes to freshly squeezed cantaloupe juice - Mexican style! For the price, I say it was worth it. Oh and one of the best parts of all, is that the hotel is attached to an architecturally-beautiful mall...with an ice skating rink!! Not even the fanciest malls in Texas look this good.
