We always stay at Hampton Inns, but from the moment we walked into this one it felt different. It was new which is great, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was quiet, we loved our room, everything was comfortable. The dining room had some quiet nooks that were nice also. There were restaurants and shops in easy walking distance but we drove to downtown Chico, which is close, and it's a cute college town with an old-fashioned downtown. Overall, everything about the stay was good. There was a shortage of hot water, but the manager explained that the following week a construction crew was coming to correct the problem and people seemed to understand. Things happen. He was giving bonus points which was nice. So all in all, I'd stay again with no problem. I read a previous comment about bad pillows. There were bad pillows, but there was an assortment, and there were acceptable pillows also. (I always travel with my pillow because I'm particular.) Anyway. A+ from me.

It is a brand new hotel so i expect it to be nice. I work on the road and stay in a lot of hotels. This one was great with 1 exception, the pillows are horrible. I would bring my own pillow next time. They remind me of a down pillow that completely deflates when your head hits it. Beds are pretty firm but i prefer firm mattresses. Great location with lots of food options within walking distance and next door to the mall. Its a little tricky getting in and out of the hotel with the way the roads are set up but not bad. Would definitely stay here again.

New hotel that has only been open for 2 weeks. This hotel is located near many shops such as Kohl’s, Chico marketplace, Burlington and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Free parking, free morning breakfast and free coffee all day long with awesome creamer options. The room was nice and NEW! It comes equipped with a mini refrigerator and microwave. Bed was nice and comfortable so were the pillows. Standard shower nothing fancy, water is nice and hot! I love the products they use it’s called Zero%, it smelled so good! The indoor pool was nice and clean but a little too cold for me so I enjoyed the jacuzzi☺️ Staff were amazing and attentive and are ready to help in any way possible! Thank you Hilton for this awesome stay.

I had the pleasure of being a guest on opening day/night. My stay was remarkable from the minute a walked in the door and was greeted cheerfully. Well designed, clean and fresh. Clearly there is attention to every detail by the general manager. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Brand new pool and fitness area., Wide and well lit hallways. Modern, yet cozy. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I was grateful for the upgrade to a spacious room, which had well appointed features and was very quiet. I appreciated the fact that the windows do open just a bit to get fresh air. Not all hotels have that these days. My thanks to CeCe who took the time to make sure I was happy with the room selection. She asked for feedback at the end of the stay to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience. I look forward to my return and a longer stay as I am often in the area for work.

Everything has been excellent and top notch here. The room is very clean. It is great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They have a gym and guest laundry. Lots of amenities and really great breakfast that is included in the price of your room. Everyone has been very friendly here also.
