Superou muito minhas expectativas. Melhor Hampton Inn & Suites que já fiquei. Eu viajo para Lubbock uma vez por mês para trabalhar e normalmente fico em outra parte da cidade em outra marca. Mas eu vim para um funeral e arrisquei este lugar, já que ficava a cinco minutos de distância. Estou tão feliz que eu fiz. Atendimento ao cliente maravilhoso, café da manhã fantástico, ótimas comodidades, limpeza em toda a propriedade e um preço baixo comparável a hotéis com muito menos. No geral, este hotel foi o único destaque do que é uma viagem muito triste, e estou planejando reservar aqui para acomodações de trabalho no futuro.

Superó con creces mis expectativas. El mejor Hampton Inn & Suites en el que me he alojado. Viajo a Lubbock una vez al mes por trabajo y normalmente me quedo en otra parte de la ciudad en otra marca. Pero vine para un funeral y me arriesgué en este lugar ya que estaba a cinco minutos. Estoy tan contenta de haberlo hecho. Maravilloso servicio al cliente, desayuno fantástico, excelentes comodidades, limpieza en toda la propiedad y un precio bajo comparable con hoteles con mucho menos. En general, este hotel fue lo único destacado de lo que es un viaje muy triste, y estoy planeando reservar aquí para alojamiento de trabajo en el futuro.

Very much exceeded my expectations. Best Hampton Inn & Suites I've ever stayed at. I travel to Lubbock about once a month for work, and I normally stay in another part of town at another brand. But I came up for a funeral and took a chance on this place since it was five minutes away. I'm so glad I did. Wonderful customer service, fantastic breakfast, great amenities, clean throughout the property, and a low price comparable to hotels with a lot less. Overall, this hotel was the only highlight of what is a very sad trip to take, and I'm planning on booking here for work accommodations in the future.

I normally love staying at Hampton Inns with my hubby, but this one was a huge disappointment. The carpet was stained. The bed was horribly uncomfortable — the lumpy mattress really needs replacing. I had to keep trying to stay in bed & not roll out onto the floor. The room had been sprayed with some kind of deodorizer but it still smelled like someone had vomited in the room or on the bed. I do not recommend this Hampton, even though the staff here is very nice.

I am a long time Hampton guest - and this location exceeds the standards to which I have grown accustomed. Clean, easy to find, lovely staff, everything as it should be - however Moses the breakfast attendant made a this trip memorable. He takes great pride in offering the best breakfast buffet I have enjoyed in several Hampton stays. I stay in large part because I love the Hampton breakfast - and this was exceptional: grab & go fruit & breakfast bars - laid out along with bags so you could create your OWN grab & go bag instead of taking food you may not eat. I was running late & Moses kept breakfast open - allowing me to make a signature waffle to take to my room so he could clean up. He clearly loves what he does & is proud of his work - as well he should be. There is another Hampton in Lubbock which I visited by accident - and it is not nearly as nice as this one. If staying in Lubbock, book a room here & give yourself the gift of a Hampton breakfast - it will start your day in the best possible way. Thank you to Moses & the staff for making this one of the best Hampton experiences - you are doing a great job! =0)

Great service, clean and quiet, breakfast better than expected. Coffee was perfect and fresh. This is, from now on, 100% my go-to location for short term lodging in Lubbock. As a multi year Diamond member, I travel a lot. This Hampton exceeded my expectations.

Everything about this hotel is EXCELLENT. The location, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the hospitality. All staff encountered was extremely nice, and helpful. They were all cleaning and attentive. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quite. The breakfast selection was exceptional. This Hampton Inn really goes above and beyond. Fantastic stay.

This hotel was very updated with nice rooms,clean with friendly employees and reasonably priced.The location in Lubbock is good and has decent restaurant options nearby.I will stay here again, unless traveling with our dog.I really wish Hampton was pet friendly, but this policy is corporate, not determined by individusl locations.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and not overpriced. They have warm breakfast until 9am. Hard to find that at a hotel lately. The work out room is cool, clean and doesn't smell like sweat or b.o. The pool is clean and sanitary but no hot tub. That's a bummer. I would definitely stay here again.
