Ficamos hospedados aqui. É muito prático pois quase todas as rotas de passeios são por aqui. O Hotel só tem um detalhe que nos atrapalhou um pouco. Não dispõe de frigobar nos quartos. Contudo há Vending Machines em cada andar e máquina de gelo. Vale o que custa.

Location. Location. Location. Close to Universal? Check. Can you walk to I-Drive? Check. Can you hear the nightly Florida Man 500 at 3am on I-4? Check. I’ve stayed at many roadside hotels, and know to use earplugs. This was the first hotel in a long time where I was woken up multiple times by road noise. All I want from a hotel is a good night’s sleep, and that did not happen. Furthermore, the room itself was in disrepair. There are weird holes in the carpet. The transitions between carpet and tile were sloppily done. The shower had dirty spots, hair, and the caulking was coming off. The elevator, something you’ll spend a lot of time in if your room isn’t on the first floor, is completely beat up. The free breakfast was a disaster. One of the waffle makers was broken, and they ran out of pancake mix before I could make mine (around 8:30am). So I didn’t even get a free breakfast. I’ll say there were never any broken waffle makers when there was a dedicated server during COVID… It’d also be great if the Silver/Gold/Diamond Honors members got their two bottles of water after spending a hot day at a park or the night out drinking. But no, the ball was dropped on that too. I expect a certain standard when it comes to Hilton, and this hotel did not achieve that. There are several better Hilton hotels in the same price range a little to the North of this location that do not have these problems. Stay there if you’re an honors member.

I hosted a business meeting here for over 20 attendees. The space worked very well for my group. We utilized the room for 3 days and had multiple rooms book for the entirety of the meeting. We were able to bring in our own food. They were nice enough to provide a refrigerator. There was a TV and projector screen in the room. We did bring our own projector. Free breakfast every morning, as per usual in Hamptons. I would host a meeting here again.

Lo había calificado con 5 estrellas xq estábamos muy pero muy conformes con todo el hotel, tanto el desayuno, las habitaciones, la limpieza, ubicación, etc etc. . Estoy esperando respuesta a mis mails x el reclamo de anulación de cobro en mi tarjeta de crédito. La razón es que cuando hicimos el check out , al rato me mandan el recibo cobrándome por la semana que estuvimos alojados, cuandoen su momento ya fue pagopor adelantado cuando hicimos la reserva, o sea me están cobrando 2 veces la estadía. Quiero una contestación y solucionar el problema.. SIGO ESPERANDO Q ME CONTESTEN MIS MAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful experience, great location, easy check in and check out. Friendly knowledgeable staff and awesome supervisors who acknowledged my presence and always greeted myself and my family each time we passed the desk. Cookies at front desk were a nice touch as well. Clean common areas and clean rooms. Will book this location again.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. for the price, it’s clean, in a great area (close to universal with plenty of restaurants around) and has a hot breakfast spread. Beds were super comfy & staff was friendly. We left behind out ipad, but the MOD Fabiana gave us a call and held it for us. would definitely come back!

Hampton Inn & Suites International Drive North - “a HIDDEN GEM “ was an EXCELLENT stay. We arrived an hour early and Vanessa was very kind , professional and welcoming. As Hilton Honors Gold members upon check in we got our treats which is always very nice to get after a long commute !!!! Our room was very , very spacious . The perfume scent was still fresh in our room you can tell it was thoroughly cleaned. Our room had Lily white , soft wash cloths and towels ! Breakfast was delicious , they served hot freshly baked waffles which is always our favorite staying at Hilton brand hotels . Carpeting was clean and odorless ! …Ohhh and parking - “FREE” was not an issue at all , with huge spaces to accommodate huge vehicles like ours. TRULY an AMAZING stay and we will be back !!!!

The hotel is great. Large updated rooms and very clean. Does not have a safe for your belongings and it needs more cabinets for clothes. The closet was big but with no light. I recommend this for the family specially with small babies since there is enough room for them to run around. Best of all there are no resort fees, no parking fee and breakfast included

This hotel was not originally our first Hilton choice but I am glad we stayed here. The staff genuinely want to serve you. They are very friendly and caring. The room was spacious. The couch and chair could use a good upholstery cleaning. The entrance to hotel is very easy to miss. The left turn off a busy street isn't always the easiest. But as soon as you enter the doors, the staff greeted you with a smile and causal conversation. I'd stay here again.

De las peores experiencias que he tenido de hospedaje en Orlando: La atención fue lo peor de todo. Si buscas un hotel para descansar, esta es la peor opción, está cerca de una autopista y en la noche el ruido de los carros no deja dormir, las ventanas no tienen bloqueo de luz y en la mañana entra la luz del sol, entre el ruido de los carros y la luz no logre descansar, el servicio el pésimo, por la excusa del coronavirus pedí para cambiar las toallas y me dijeron que tenía que bajar yo con las toallas y me daban otras, en otros hoteles se preocupan por ayudarte y quizás dejarlas en la puerta hubiese sido una mejor opción. El ascensor se daño y no llegaba al piso 1 tenía que usar las escaleras para bajar. Sin duda una MUY mala experiencia.
