Ótimo hotel! A equipe de atendimento ao cliente é excelente e o quarto está sempre limpo. Além disso, fica a uma curta caminhada das atrações de Seattle, como o Space Needle e o Museum of Pop Culture. Recomendo vivamente este hotel!

Vistas super legais e muito perto de várias lojas, cafés, agulha espacial ... tudo a curta distância. O café-da-manhã e café de cortesia eram simples, mas saborosos. Todos os móveis modernos e um lugar decentemente limpo para ficar.Os lados negativos: a cama não era muito confortável e era muito dura / firme. E havia um pouco de mofo no teto do banheiro.

Great hotel! The customer service frm staff is excellent and the room is always clean. Also, it's within walking distance of Seattle attractions like the Space Needle and the Museum of Pop Culture. I highly recommend this hotel!

Super cool views and very close to various stores, coffee shops, space needle…all within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were simple, but tasty. All modern furnishings and decently clean place to stay. The down sides: the bed was not very comfortable and was too hard/firm. And there was a bit of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

O quarto e o hotel eram limpos e atualizados. Infelizmente, o quarto era barulhento. Podíamos ouvir claramente o barulho da rua e o ruído dos quartos próximos.Além disso, descobrimos que há menos vagas de estacionamento do que quartos. Quando há algum evento nas proximidades, o hotel vende vagas de estacionamento para as pessoas que vão ao evento. Estes lugares de estacionamento encontram-se numa garagem subterrânea que só permite o acesso com a chave do quarto. Portanto, ou eles estão vendendo cópias das chaves dos quartos ou têm menos vagas de estacionamento do que quartos. O estacionamento na rua é quase inexistente. Eu tive que estacionar em um estacionamento pago para estacionar a alguns quarteirões de distância e o hotel ainda me cobrou a taxa de estacionamento de US $ 25 por noite.Os membros do BTW Hilton Honors não recebem água gratuita neste hotel. A recepção informou que, devido à falta de caminhoneiros, não há ninguém para entregar água. No entanto, eles tinham todas as outras bebidas disponíveis para venda.O serviço de atendimento ao cliente à noite era ruim. Eu gosto da marca Hilton e esta é a primeira vez que tenho tantos problemas, mas eu recomendaria ficar em um estabelecimento diferente.

The room and hotel was clean and up to date.Unfortunately, the room was noisy.We could clearly hear street noise and noise from nearby rooms.Additionally, we found that there are fewer parking spaces that rooms.When there is any event nearby, the hotel sells parking spaces to people going to the event.These parking spaces are in a underground garage that only allows access with a room key.So, either they are selling copies of room keys or they have fewer parking spaces than rooms.Street parking is almost non-existent.I had to park in a pay to park lot a couple blocks away and the hotel still charged me the $25 per night parking fee.BTW Hilton Honors members do not get free water at this hotel. The front desk said that because of truck driver shortages there is no one to deliver water.However, they had all there other beverage available for sale.Customer service in the evening was poor.I like the Hilton brand and this is the first time I have encountered this many problems, but I would recommend staying at a different property.

Hampton Inn is always on point. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Bruce on night shift was wonderful! We can't thank him enough, he answered every question and gave great recommendations for Seattle! Thanks again Bruce!

A equipe aqui é incrível. Estou aqui para uma estadia de 56 noites de trabalho e a equipe é muito gentil e conhece você. A mobília é desconfortável e a cozinha é um pouco esparsa, mas se você pedir coisas adicionais, como facas, a equipe incrível irá ajudá-lo! A cama é super confortável! Honestamente, não poderia estar mais feliz em um hotel para estadias prolongadas. Hotel 4/5, funcionários aqui 10/5. Eles são incríveis.

The staff here are amazing. I’m here for a 56 night stay for work and the staff are so kind and get to know you. The furniture is uncomfortable and the kitchen is somewhat sparse but if you ask for additional stuff like chopping knives the amazing staff will help you! The bed is super comfortable though! Honestly could not be happier in an extended stay hotel. Hotel 4/5, staff here 10/5. They’re awesome.

I stayed for two weeks at the hotel. I honestly enjoyed my stay. The front desk were very helpful, my room was nice, and overall good experience... until this happened. Last night in my hotel, I found out that house keeping threw out my night guard, that my dentist made and prescribed me. I was pretty upset and came down to front desk and told them if the situation. He knew I was checking out tomorrow, so he said he'll leave a note for his boss so he knows ill seeing him before I check out. That morning, the GM the told housekeeping doesn't throw anything away on the counters. A lie because they'll cleaning everything. He said he'd look out for it and contact me if if he could, in case they found it. A week goes by, I call and leave a message. About a week later goes by and I call and and front desk wrote my number down for him to call me. He has not tried calling one but. This night guard is $500 and the GM doesn't want to admit fault so he's ignoring me bye any chance. I'm owed the night guard by this establishment and they think ignoring me will make me stop calling. Do not leave anything in your rooms needs its garbage, because it'll be thrown away

Foi um feriado gracioso passado com meus filhos e parentes. O lugar era agradável e vale o dinheiro. Uma classificação de satisfação de cinco estrelas até este hotel. It was a graceful holiday spent with my kids and my relatives. The place was nice and worth the money. A five-stars satisfaction rating all the way for this hotel. I am deeply impressed by how they handled the service correctly with no hassles at all. An accommodating staff liked Mark and Lee was a huge help as well. Great!

The staff was GREAT. Hotel employee in the afternoon and Hotel employee in the AM were perfectly suited for their positions. They should probably have a review and a pay bump. Entrance tile was a little sticky. Corners needed to be vacuumed. Little stuff, but noticeable. COVID brown bag breakfast was a little disappointing.

I slept very poorly due to noise and doors slamming. They put me right by housekeeping door and the elevator on the first floor. I complained about the noise but the staff was unreceptive. I was supposed to receive a call from a manager, but never did.

Buen hotel, las instalaciones en muy buen estado, muy limpio, la gente de limpieza había español y son de excelente trato como somos los latinos, el precio no tan barato, ofrecen desayuno sencillo pero caliente. Lo recomiendo pues está muy cerca de las atracciones de la ciudad

The front desk staff were great! The location was perfect for sightseeing. Six block walk to the space needle where we could then take the monorail downtown. Room was clean, hotel is being updated but it did not cause a problem at all. Great stay!!

Es buen hotel si lo que necesitas es sólo llegar a domir una noche. Actualmente esta en remodelación. No es muy bonito, pero el desayuno es excelente. El personal es muy antento. Fue muy problematico conectarme a wifi, si necesitas usar wifi no lo recomiendo.
