Não é sempre que você encontra uma experiência de hotel agradável como esta. Fiquei aqui por uma semana a negócios, e aproveitei cada momento. Eu estava de muletas e descobri que não colocava peso em uma perna, e eles se ofereceram para me colocar em uma sala literalmente ao lado do elevador, o que foi ótimo. O café da manhã era bom todas as manhãs, e a equipe fez de tudo para me ajudar todas as manhãs. A sala proporcionava um local confortável e tranquilo para estudar e trabalhar todas as noites. Houve uma queda de energia durante a minha estadia (obviamente não é culpa do hotel), mas tenho duas sugestões que seriam muito úteis para você e seus convidados. 1. Adquira um UPS para o seu sistema telefônico, para que os hóspedes que precisem de ajuda possam ligar para a recepção. 2. Instale iluminação de emergência em sua escada, de modo que quando um convidado que precisar de ajuda decidir descer as escadas com muletas, ele possa ver para onde está indo. Fora isso, tudo e todos foram excelentes. Obrigado pela ajuda!

Excelente hotel e acomodações. Possui internet livre e estacionamento, serviço de Shuttle disponível. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Comércios próximos é bem acessível as principais vias.

It's not often you find a pleasant hotel experience like this. I stayed here for a week for business, and enjoyed every moment of it. I was on crutches, and found not put weight on one leg, and they offered to place me in a room literally right by they elevator, which was great. The breakfast was good each morning, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out each morning. The room provided a comfortable and quiet place to study and work each evening. There was a power outage during my stay though (obviously no fault of the hotel) but I have two suggestions that would be very helpful for you and your guests. 1. Please purchase a UPS for your phone system, so that guests who may need assistance can still call the front desk. 2. Please install emergency lighting in your stairwell, so that when a guest who needs assistance decides to take the crutches down the stairs, they can see where they're going. Other than that, everything and everyone was excellent. Thanks for the help!

Great place to stop.Friendly,professional staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Close to Moffitt Cancer center and the University. Plenty of places for dinner a short car ride away.

We have found our go to hotel when we need to come in town to Moffitt Cancer Center. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was good and everyone was helpful and friendly. But Steven in particular went above and beyond. My husband had an event that required an ambulance to be called. The front desk did that for me and then Steven came to our room to see if I needed assistance and stayed with us until the ambulance attendants were in the room. Luckily he didn't have to do CPR which he is trained for. I will highly recommend this hotel and we will be back in the future.

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui por uma noite para alguns procedimentos ambulatoriais no Moffitt. Tinha tudo o que precisávamos, era muito limpo e tinha um pequeno-almoço quente. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa, o que fez a nossa visita tão agradável, apesar das circunstâncias. Eu quero dar uma mensagem especial para Pam. Ela é a adorável senhora que chega às 4 da manhã para ajudar a fazer e preparar o café da manhã. Acordei cedo e desci por volta das 4 e ela já tinha o café feito na hora e pronto. Ela foi tão gentil e prestativa e uma daquelas raras pessoas que lembra a você que ainda existem joias especiais por aí. Hampton, você tem muita sorte de ter esta senhora gentil e trabalhadora. Ela fez o meu dia. Obrigada.

My husband and I stayed here for one night for some outpatient procedures at Moffitt. It had everything we needed, was very clean and had a hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made our visit so pleasant despite the circumstances. I want to give a special shout out to Pam. She is the lovely lady who comes in at 4 am to help make and prepare the breakfast. I woke up early and came down right around 4 and she already had the coffee freshly made and ready. She was so kind and helpful and one of those rare individuals who remind you that there are still special gems out there. Hampton, you are very lucky to have this kind and hardworking lady. She made my day. Thank you.

The hotel ( Hampton Inn North - Tampa, FL. ) was very clean, offered a nice breakfast, and the rates were very reasonable. My only complaint was they gave room 102 - which is right next to the door leading to the side parking lot. That door slams everyone it closes and vibrates the wall were the headboard of the bed is. That room should be the LAST room given out! The young lady that check me in asked if I was okay with the door being right outside my room, and never having stayed in this hotel before I told her I guess so. Boy, do I wish I knew then - what I know now!

Estadia muito agradável. Os quartos e áreas comuns eram muito limpos e bem conservados. A equipe foi genuinamente amigável. O café da manhã era bom (grátis) Localização era perto de restaurantes e atrações. Estacionamento adequado. Área de piscina pequena, mas deus o suficiente para dar um mergulho refrescante Um dos melhores hotéis deste tipo e faixa de preço em que já me hospedei. Ficarei lá novamente. Altamente recomendado para casais que procuram um local relaxante para apenas descansar e dormir.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms and commonareas were very clean and well maintained. Staff wasgenuinely friendly. Breakfast wasgood( free) Location was close to restaurants and attractions. Adequate parking . Small pool area but god enough to take a refreshing dip One of the nicest hotels of this type and price range I have stayed at. Will stay there again. Highly recommend forcouples who are looking for a relaxing place to just rest and sleep.

We love this hotel! I stayed here many times while looking for housing in Tampa. I then stayed there again recently while having some work done, and it was another great experience! It's clean and quiet. We stayed in a king suite and it was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room for me and my husband and my daughter was comfortable in the living area. The staff members were all very helpful and polite.

Todo excelente, la habitación, limpieza, desayuno. A mejorar el sistema de aire acondicionado, hizo calor en la noche, lo programé a 65F y nunca bajó de 72F. Hab 216
