Nice hotel with 2 pools and a great breakfast. Bathroom however could do with renovating.Wifi both in our room and across the hotel in general was very slow and at times unusable.

Lindo hotel, funcionários muito prestativos !!! A poucos passos da orla marítima de Kamari. Quartos muito espaçosos e limpos. Ótimo café da manhã, perguntei se havia iogurte sem lactose e na manhã seguinte me fizeram encontrar leite e iogurte adequados para mim !! Realmente muito gentil!!

Stayed for 4 days with my family at the hotel and had a poor experience. The room was very smelly, to the level that you couldn't stay there without having all windows open. My daughter would go to the bathroom only with her nose close and run out of it ASAP to avoid the smell. After reporting it to the hotel they tried to fix the room issue but only achieved a reduction of the smell. I requested a resolution and was offered a smaller room with an extra bed inside to accommodate us for the remaining 2 nights. So ended up sleeping in a room full of beds with my kids. Anyone having (3 and 5 year old) kids knows that this equals no sleep. I can understand that things might go wrong for hoteliers, what I don't understand is why I had to go after them for a resolution and receive a daily answer of "We thought the technician fixed it". Nobody followed up with us and even worse, nobody apologized for the situation. In the end, we felt we are the bad ones for talking about it. If you think that it is all? I reported the issue to the tour operator as I wanted compensation for the services I didn't receive. And the hotel reported back to them that there was no issue! So they had 3 days the technician (even after we moved out of the room) trying to fix the issue but said to the operator there was no issue. I emailed them for an explanation and correction of their statement towards the tour operator but of course, never received an answer. All in all, poor experience but the bigger disappointment comes from how I was treated during this process. PS. The people in the cuisine and breakfast were really friendly and always waited for us to ensure my whole family had breakfast. Thank you. PS2. The cleaning service was very kind to bring us some things that we forgot in the room literally at the last minute of our departure. Thank you.

Hotel localizado a 5 minutos a pé da orla marítima de Kamari. Tudo excelente, começando pelo café da manhã. Limpeza impecável, funcionários muito gentis e sempre atentos às necessidades do cliente. No último dia, apesar de ter saído do quarto às 11h00, tivemos a oportunidade de utilizar a piscina até ao final da tarde, altura em que tivemos de regressar a casa. Voltamos ontem e já estamos com muitas saudades! Super recomendo ❤️

Muy malo, para empezar las habitaciones son muy viejas, mi cuarto tiene un olor espantoso. El baño no funciona, huele horrible como a podrido. El colchón es muy duro. Y por otro lado hoy a la mañana en el desayuno un señor que trabaja aquí Albert me pidió que me retirara que necesitaba la mesa. Sin duda no vale 200 euros este hotel ni loco. Con suerte si vale 40 porque de 4 estrellas no tiene nada. No volvería noi lo recomendaría. Un desastre y asqueroso olor.

The staff was so friendly and the stay was absolutely welcoming. The daily breakfast setup was the best of any I have seen in years. Our afternoon/evening meal server STRATOS was the most wonderful person ever. He was so polite and always had a smile on his face. He was accommodating daily and went the extra mile to make us happy. Stratos stayed on positive energy and offered us a great experience. Thank You Stratos!!!!

We had a great time at Hermes hotel! We enjoyed every second in this hotel, the place is well maintained and the garden is beautiful and the pool is perfect. We liked mostly the small pool. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Staff is super helpful and nice and will help you in everything they can. They can arrange you airport shuttle. The rooms are cleaned well, every day, but they a little bit old but it was insignificant. Location is good really close to bus station, main area in the village and one minute from the sea. We really recommend this place. I afrided a little bit about this hotel because the pictures I saw didn't satisfiy me, but the reviews was so good so we decided to reserve this hotel. For sure it was the best decision!

Great stay in the Kamari area on Santorini. Very helpful staff that are very accomodating for early check-in. Very quiet, but only a few minutes away from the main strip in Kamari. Big pool area with lots of seating and a bar.The rooms aren't anything overly special, but they do the trick. My only criticism is that our room was located a little below ground level, and the Wi-fi didn't really work well. If I went outside the room to the lobby area, there was no issues. So maybe ask for a more central or room on the second floor for a better chance at Wi-Fi functionality.

Lugar absolutamente maravilhoso para casais que querem passar um tempo juntos sem grupos de turistas, a equipe é muito simpática, a piscina é limpa e grande o suficiente para nadar. Também apreciamos o silêncio agradável de manhã e à noite. Ótimo café da manhã com frutas, queijos, legumes, ovos, pão, croissants, bacon, refrigerantes, café, chá, etc. A praia fica a 10 minutos com muitos restaurantes e lojas.

Hotel perfeitamente perfeito!Ficamos lá por 9 dias e 10 noites! Foi muito bom !Ambiente muito agradável mas acima de tudo uma equipa extraordinária! Muito gentil !Café da manhã muito interessante que necessariamente se adequará a tanta escolha!Também testamos o restaurante para almoço e jantar: refeições fartas e não caras! Mesma coisa para coquetéis.Se você perguntar na recepção, eles se encarregam de reservar tudo: carro, cinema, restaurante, traslado... O que você quiser :)Agradável roupa de cama e limpeza feita todas as manhãs!Duas piscinas. Tivemos uma suíte de banheira de hidromassagem ao sol. Muito bom também!Talvez apenas atualize o banheiro das suítes pelo menos já que pagamos um determinado preço.

Charmoso hotel. Decoração agradável nas áreas comuns e jardinagem bem cuidada. Quartos corretos e agradáveis. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos. A localização é muito boa, pois o calçadão fica próximo e a área é tranquila. Há um supermercado muito perto. Em suma, um site altamente recomendado.

Hotel con encanto. Bonita decoración en las zonas comunes y jardinería cuidada. Habitaciones correctas y agradables. El personal muy atento y servicial. La ubicación es muy buena ya que el paseo marítimo esta cerca y la zona es tranquila. Hay un supermercado muy cerca. En resumen, un sitio muy recomendable.

Absolutely wonderful place for couples who want to spend time together without tourist groups, the staff is really friendly, the pool is clean and big enough for swimming. Also we enjoyed the pleasant silence in the morning and evening. Great breakfast with fruits, cheeses, vegetables, eggs, bread, croissants, bacon, cold drinks, coffee, tea, etc. The beach is 10 minutes away with many restaurants and shops.

This is a beautiful and with lovely family hands led Hotel. Everything was excellent, the nice rooms, the friendlyness of the whole staff, the beautiful and always lovely handmade breakfast.. almost had tears in my eyes when we had to leave. Would have loved to say: see you next week;). Everyone in this hotel is beyond friendly and welcoming. It made my moms and my stay very extraordinary. Hope we can come back one day.♥️🇬🇷♥️

Passamos quase duas semanas no hotel Hermes em outubro de 2021. Foi um momento especial. O hotel tem uma localização muito boa. Ele está localizado um pouco fora dos roteiros mais conhecidos de Kameri, mas leva apenas 2 minutos para chegar ao calçadão principal ao longo da praia. Graças a isso, há paz e tranquilidade perto do hotel à noite. Os quartos e todo o hotel são muito bem conservados e limpos. Muito bons pequenos-almoços - especialmente pão e produtos locais da cozinha grega. Deve-se acrescentar também que o transporte público de Kamari a Fira funciona com frequência e pontualidade.

Un sitio con encanto. La gente que atiende es maravillosa, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del paseo marítimo pero sin estar en el jaleo del mismo, una muy buena ubicación. También tiene al lado una tienda de ultramarinos que abre 24x7 lo cual es extraordinariamente cómodo. La habitación fue muy muy confortable. Nos cogimos las suite con el jacuzzi privado, el cual está muy cuidado y el agua siempre a temperatura ambiente. De todos modos el hotel tiene una piscina normal y aparte otra con jacuzzi, por si la suite se os va de precio, lo podéis disfrutar igualmente. Muy recomendable.

We stayed at the Hermes for 4 nights and could not be happier with our choice. We had our 4 year old daughter who enjoyed the trampoline and kid friendly second jacuzzi pool. The staff are so nice...
