O Netherland Plaza já recebeu nomes como Winston Churchill, John F Kennedy, George Bush, Nixon, Regan, Elvis Presley e outras celebridades e figuras políticas notáveis.Não é difícil ver por que a Holanda atraiu tanto os ricos e famosos, pois é um edifício absolutamente lindo. A história e os feitos arquitetônicos são absolutamente de cair o queixo.Funcionários extremamente amigáveis, acesso e capacidade de explorar algumas das salas históricas onde tais figuras notáveis ficaram, muitas comodidades e uma ótima localização perto do lobby para pegar pianistas ao vivo, música, bebidas e uma ótima refeição.Os quartos eram espaçosos, embora um pouco datados, no entanto, isso seria esperado em um prédio com quase um século. A data, acrescenta um lembrete encantador, quanto ao significado histórico do edifício entre Cincinnati como um marco histórico.Tivemos uma ótima estadia e definitivamente consideraria ficar no futuro, novamente.

Quarto pequeno. A cama era boa. A banheira tinha rachaduras na parte inferior, tinha mofo e não havia danos causados pela água abaixo. Nenhuma água de garrafa definida. Eles têm este grande espelho de aumento no banheiro se você for alto. Não me fez bem em 5 ^ 2 ", não ajustável para pessoas baixas. A equipe foi legal.

The Netherland Plaza has hosted the likes of Winston Churchill, John F Kennedy, George Bush, Nixon, Regan, Elvis Presley and other notable celebrity and political figures. It isn't hard to see why the Netherlands had such a draw to the rich and famous as its an absolutely gorgeous building. The history and architectural feats are absolutely jaw dropping. Staff extremely friendly, access and ability to explore some of the historic rooms where such notable figures stayed, lots of amenities, and a great location near the lobby to catch live pianists, music, drinks, and a great meal. The rooms were spacious, while somewhat dated, though, that would be expected in a building that is nearly a century old. The date, adds a charming reminder, as to the historical significance of the building amongst Cincinnati as a historical landmark. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying in the future, again.

Small room. Bed was nice. Tub had crack in it at the bottom has mold in it surprised no water damage below. No bottle water set out at all. They have this great magnifying mirror in the bathroom if your tall. Did me no good at 5^2". not adjustable for short person. Staff was nice.

Hotel de aparência incrível com caráter real, a equipe foi fantástica, simpática e atenciosa. Perto dos estádios esportivos e bares e limpo por dentro. Infelizmente, está ficando muito datado. Minha bacia e água do chuveiro estava congelando todas as manhãs (mesmo após a manutenção visitada) e precisa de uma atualização. eu com certeza ficaria de novo.

Honestamente, eu não poderia pensar em uma coisa negativa sobre ficar neste hotel. As pessoas que trabalham na recepção foram todos educados, acolhedores e prestativos. Os funcionários do restaurante também foram atenciosos. O quarto era limpo e confortável. A decoração deste hotel está na crença. Você não vai se arrepender de ficar aqui. Ok, há um negativo. Eu tinha uma van de trabalho com uma altura de 8' 4 ”e nenhuma garagem coberta na área poderia acomodá-la, então tivemos que medir o street park a uma quadra e meia de distância. Ainda bem que não estava chovendo ou nevando. Bem, você não pode ter tudo, certo? Confira as fotos e aproveite sua estadia. Se esta avaliação ajudar, por favor, dê um like.

Amazing looking hotel with real character, the staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive.Close to the sports stadiums & bars and clean inside. Unfortunately, it is getting very dated.My basin and shower water was freezing cold each morning (even after maintenance visited) and its in need of an upgrade.I would definitely stay again.

This was my worst Hilton experience. The hotel is outdated. I think they could invest in some remodeling or updating and still keep the historic vibe. Our room 2809 was dirty.I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for sometime. There was a thick layer of dust on the windowsill with a pubic hair for good measure. The dust and dirt was stuck in the a/c vents. Dust covered the coffee maker in the room. The mattress felt old with a mattress pad added for comfort.The hallway carpet for the floor was full of stains.I’d be interested to know if there are any nicer rooms.This hotel does not feel like any other property when it comes to the advertised clean stay promise. It just feels dirty. As a Diamond status Hilton honors member I was supposed to receive a $30 food drink credit which I didn’t get at check out, and had to call to have the bill adjusted. As of now it still hasn’t been fixed. Hilton prides itself on customer service and making guests feel appreciated. It was a busy weekend, but I definitely didn’t get that feeling during this stay.

Honestly, I could not come up with one negative thing about staying at this hotel. The persons working the front desk were all polite, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff as well were attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor of this hotel is be on belief. You will not regret staying here. Okay, there is one negative. I had a work van with a height of 8’ 4” and none of the indoor garage in the area could accommodate it so we had to meter street park a block and a half away. I’m glad it wasn’t raining or snowing. Oh well, you can’t have it all, right? Check out the pictures and enjoy your stay. If this review helps, please like.

Eu amo esse hotel. Acho que é um dos mais bonitos que já vi. Não posso dar 5 estrelas neste momento, no entanto. Nossa banheira de hidromassagem tinha insetos mortos, havia batatas fritas do lado de fora do elevador no andar que permaneceram por 2 dias, e a limpeza deixou bolsas do lado de fora no corredor durante a noite. A recepção colocou por engano cobranças erradas no meu cartão de crédito e teve que ligar para a contabilidade para consertar, mas nunca recebi um pedido de desculpas. Também estou bastante desapontado que, quando pedi um copo simples e uma xícara de café, me disseram "nós não fazemos isso". Este hotel é tão diferente de um ano atrás. É um lugar lindo, e eu voltarei - espero que o serviço chegue ao nível que este hotel merece.

Verifique sua conta após a sua estadia! Eu simplesmente tive o mesmo problema da revisão antes de mim. Não apenas a estadia foi ruim, mas agora tenho que voltar e corrigir a cobrança no meu cartão. O travesseiro tinha alguns orifícios pequenos. A sala não tem fotos na parede, então parecia uma prisão. A tinta estava raspada das placas de acabamento em alguns pontos e a porta estava empolando na parte inferior. O shampoo de viagem fornecido etc. era um saco de mistura de 3 marcas diferentes? A geladeira zumbia o tempo todo e não estava fria. As máquinas de gelo não funcionavam em 3 andares, demorei uma eternidade para encontrar uma que funcionasse. Eles também não me forneceram um quarto com uma vista que eu havia telefonado e solicitado uma semana antes. O que deveria ser uma escapadela romântica por uma noite era pior do que ficar em casa. Ei, se você está tendo problemas com despesas e a pandemia, você precisa cortar custos, eu entendo, apenas não me cobre $ 200 por noite por este naufrágio. Eu não queria deixar uma crítica negativa por causa da arquitetura e do restaurante, mas a sobrecarga foi a gota d'água.

I love this hotel.I think it is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.I cannot give it 5 stars at this time, however.Our jaccuzzi bathtub had dead bugs in it, there were potato chips outside the elevator on the floor that remained for 2 days, and housekeeping left bags outside in the hall overnight.Reception mistakenly put wrong charges on my credit card and had to call accounting to fix it, but I never really got an apology.I'm also pretty disappointed that, when I asked for a simple glass and coffee cup, I was told "we don't do that".This hotel is so different from a year ago.It's a beautiful place, and I'll go back - I hope service steps up to the level this hotel deserves.

Check your bill after your stay! I just had the same problem as the review before me. Not only was the stay bad I now have to go back and correct the charge on my card. The pillow had a couple small holes in it. The room has no pictures on the wall so it felt like a prison. The paint was scraped off the trim boards in spots and the door was blistering on the bottom. The provided travel shampoo etc were a mix bag of 3 different brands? The refrigerator made a buzzing sound the whole time and wasn't cold. The ice machines didn't work on 3 floors, took me forever to find one that did. They also did not provide me with a room with a view that I had called and requested a week before. What was suppose to be a romantic getaway for a night was worse than if we stayed home. Hey if you are having problems with expenses and the pandemic you need to cut costs I understand, just don't charge me $200 a night for this wreck. I didn't want to leave a bad review because of the architecture and restaurant but the overcharge was the last straw.

Stay elsewhere. Lobby, restaurant, and bar have a really nice "vintage", old world charm. The rooms are just old, and teeny tiny. The bathrooms are comically small. Everything is outdated. Walls are thin. They only offer daily housekeeping upon request. I called housekeeping (on a phone from 1985) to request service and no one answered. Called the front desk, same thing. Walked down to the front desk and the woman there did not even look up from her computer, just curtly said "sure". I never got that housekeeping. For nearly $300 per night they do not offer complimentary parking or breakfast. Surely you can do better in downtown Cincy.

I will start this by saying I heard all about the hauntings that exist in this almost 100 year old building. Even with that knowledge, I figured it would be fine. We got our keys and went up to our rooms. I walk in and the light switch doesn't work so had to use my phone to find another switch. I look around my room and got a very bad feeling. Dark red/brown stains all around the floor, water stains on the walls and 3 other lights were out. I knew there was no way I could stay in that room and get a good night's rest. There was a wedding happening that night so was really not sure how getting a new room was gonna go down. I went to talk to the front desk personnel, Luke, and explained to him what was going on. He checked the system and ended up upgrading me(which was totally unexpected but VERY appreciated) I got the keys to the new room and when I walked into that room I instantly felt so much better, hard to explain but sometimes you gotta trust your gut feeling. I slept like a baby that night and felt much more comfortable. Thanks Luke for making my night so much better!

Waow el mejor cuando compras tu oferta de habitación y incluyes el desayuno. Lo máximo el mejor servicio. Los empleados excelentes. Llevo 2 años quedando me hay y lo recomiendo.

Fue mi primera vez que me quedé en un Hotel De Hilton y me esperaba mas. Los cuartos no estaban tan grandes, y un poco sucio. Te cobran por cada cosa pequeña que normalmente es complimentario en otros hoteles. La ubicación del Hotel estaba en el centro de la cuidad y hay muchos lugares cerca donde puedes salir a cenar a piso. No vimos muchos de los trabajadores, aparte de la recepcionista cuando llegamos. No fue una experiencia mal, pero me esperaba más por un hotel reconocido y por el precio.

Este hotel Era El un lugar fantastico! Esta en localizado en Medio de la cuidad! Caminando a la plaza de cincinnati y hasta El el estadio de Los reds. El hotel tiene cuartos grandes y limpios! Tambien tienen restaurantes a todos lados! Entrando al hotel vaz a ver historia de la cuidad de cincinnati por todos lados! Tambien esta connectado por bajo de la cuidad con much as tiendas! Un Lugar historico Y Con Buen servicio! Recomiendo este lugar con 5 estrellas!
