“Trash can was overflowing in my room, and there was a Bobby pin on the shelf in the shower. Doesn't say much for the cleaning. The cabinet for the fridge has a door that opens the wrong way, and was off its hinges. Otherwise nice room, and good meeting facilities, restaurant is nice.”

“Nice hotel overall. Rooms clean, dinner in the steak house was yummy! Staff pleasant and helpful. A couple downers though. Mostly, no coffee available until 7am. Not really acceptable in what is billed as a 4-start hotel. Also, stayed on executive floor and the lounge was closed, the circulating fresh-air fan that removes air from the bathroom was off. Definitely, not worth the extra we paid for the room.”
