“This hotel is in need of a serious update! It smells old and they are pet friendly, which it smells like it. I was awaken my first nights stay by a barking dog at 6am. This was a pleasure trip...not business! The rooms are not cleaned well enough to be allowing people with dogs all over the furniture and beds, which I'm sure happens. My family member who had a room on another floor said her room smelled of pet urine..smh. We paid approximately $115 a night which way too much for this hotel. I like the Hilton Brand, but suggest finding a better hotel and location, because that was suspect too.
The front desk staff was courteous except one "account mgr" I encountered when checking out. Another positive is they don't charge for parking, which they shouldn't with the terrible accommodations. They need to invest in updates. Definitely would never stay again.
One last thing, getting a room on a higher floor is suppose to be deluxe, I guess I missed the deluxe room amenities...because there were none. Just a higher price.”

“This Hilton was very busy, rooms clean. The elevators are a bit tucked away. The rooms were very clean, view amazing. There is parking security for the added protection. Pet friendly under 75 lbs.”
