“Spent 2 nights in a conference. I had requested a late check out (1600hrs check out as flight was at 2030hrs) and was only told at the time of checking in that they could only extend by 1-2hrs max. I wish they had told me earlier so I could have made alternative arrangements. Separately, the room and cleanliness are acceptable. The staff at breakfast are very helpful. The lunch and dinner buffet was dismal.”

“If you like uber posh hotels with the positives & negatives that go with that, then you wont be disappointed. The location is great for peace & quiet in a very nice historical location. However when you look at it closely it is getting a bit tired now & in need of a full refresh. Getting to be a bit like a well used stately home..!”
