Don't work here, they hire you quickly even if you have no experience in hotels, then fire you without explaining why. I have no experience in hotels at all which they knew but still decided to fire me.when I called they just hang up on you. Also the housekeeping supervisor is impatient and a joke.

Este local é uma piada, e eu recomendo qualquer um que esteja pensando em se hospedar aqui para dirigir os 5-10 minutos extras para outro hotel próximo e evitar dor de cabeça.Já se passou mais de uma semana desde que nos hospedamos para nossa reserva para o Dia de Ação de Graças, que era de duas noites e reservada com semanas de antecedência, e ainda não recebemos uma chamada de retorno do gerente do hotel - apesar de ligarmos para o local várias vezes e fornecermos alternativas números de telefone.Na noite em que fizemos o check-in, foi-nos dado um quarto que já tinha hóspedes hospedados nele, para nossa surpresa. Depois de falar com a recepcionista, que parecia não se incomodar com o nosso inconveniente, deu-nos outra chave do quarto, para a qual descobrimos não abrir a porta do quarto. Após cerca de 10 minutos brincando de caça ao tesouro de hotel, com ela tentando abrir portas aleatórias (que é uma sensação reconfortante), finalmente acabamos em um quarto desocupado. Meu noivo e eu concordamos que não ficaríamos mais uma noite e prontamente saímos bem antes do prazo das 11 horas da manhã seguinte.No check-out, fomos informados de que não havia nada que o hotel pudesse fazer para cancelar a noite adicional de estadia e que precisaríamos entrar em contato com o terceiro com o qual fizemos a reserva para ajustar a reserva. Eu já fiquei neste local várias vezes, e o hotel sempre tratou de ajustes e pagamentos, mas estou divagando. Claro, quando entrei em contato com o terceiro, eles me informaram que não havia nada que eles pudessem fazer, pois o hotel tratou de ajustes como esse ... Nós fomos cobrados pelos dias adicionais de estadia, embora tenhamos feito o check-out e feito questão de notificar várias pessoas.Também fomos informados de que um e-mail em massa foi enviado na noite de nosso check-in sobre nossa experiência de check-in, e um gerente entraria em contato conosco. Entramos em contato com o local várias vezes e, a cada vez, o gerente está (convenientemente) "longe da recepção, mas ligará de volta assim que voltarem".Sou uma pessoa muito paciente e compreensiva, mas isso está ficando ridículo. Agora estou recorrendo às redes sociais e ao Google apenas para receber um telefonema de volta. Eu sugiro que você evite aborrecimentos e apenas reserve em outro lugar.

I left an expensive ring in my room when I checked out. I called the Hotel and let them know. Within 24 hours they had found and returned the ring. Can't say enough about the honesty and character of the staff.

This location is a joke, and I highly recommend anyone considering staying here to drive the extra 5-10 minutes to another nearby hotel, and save yourself the headache. It has now been over a week since we stayed for our Thanksgiving Day reservation, which was for two nights and booked weeks in advance, and we still have not received a return call from the hotel manager - despite calling the location several times and providing alternate phone numbers. The evening we checked in, we were given a room that already had guests staying in it, to our surprise. After speaking to the woman at the front desk, who seemed as if she couldn't be bothered with our inconvenience, gave us another room key, to which we discovered did not open the room door. After about 10 minutes of playing hotel scavenger hunt, with her attempting to open random doors (that's a comforting feeling), we finally ended up in an unoccupied room. My Fiance and I agreed that we would not be staying another night, and promptly checked out well before the 11am deadline the following morning. Upon check out, we were instructed that there was nothing the hotel could do to cancel the additional night's stay, and we would need to contact the third party with which we booked to adjust the reservation. I have stayed at this location multiple times, and the hotel has always handled adjustments and payments, but I digress. Of course, when I contacted the third party, they informed me there was nothing they could do, as the hotel handled adjustments such as that... We were charged the for the additional days stay, though we checked out and made it a point to notify multiple people. We were also informed that a mass email was sent out the night of our check in regarding our check in experience, and a manager would be contacting us. We have contacted the location several times and each time the manager is (conveniently) "away from the front desk, but will call back as soon as they return." I'm a pretty patient and understanding person but this is getting rediculous. I am now resorting to social media and Google just to get a phone call back. I suggest you save yourself the hassle and just book somewhere else.

We booked the room when we were between houses. We were staying for a week until we could close on the new property. The desk clerk was great, that’s why I gave two stars. When we got to the third floor, there were a bunch of shady characters in and out of the adjacent rooms. The hall carpets were filthy and we had a bad feeling. However after spending 12 hours moving house we decided to overlook the feelings, I just wanted a shower and to unwind. I turned on the shower and there was no hot water! We decided to go with our gut and found another hotel. We checked out and the clerk was most apologetic and helpful, offering to change our rooms. We decided not to take the chance and checked out. The hotel manager the next day was most unhelpful, citing hotel policy that they had to charge us for the one night (45minutes). She also told us that she didn’t believe that we didn’t have hot water and that the carpets were cleaned that night after we left. We ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. We stayed at the Hampton Inn on Gateway for the remainder of our week.

House cleaning did not replace bodywash or conditioner for my entire stay. Luckily I had my supplies. Shower was not clean, the room was dirty, my sheets had hair that was not mine. Breakfast was fair. Fridge had old expired food. Will not be staying here.

Excelente hotel, 100% recomendado. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. Estacionamiento muy amplio y de fácil acceso.

El lugar es super espacioso es practicamente nuevo. Camas comodas y todo limpio.El check in mediante booking fue super facil y no se tuvo q esperar... entramos y salimos sin ningun contratiempo. Es cerca del mall y lugares de comer. Estuvimos una noche asi que no tuvimos oportunidad de probar las demas facilidades. El unico pequeño percansefue con el precio en cuanto al precio de la nocheal hacer el check out pero fue corregidode inmediatosin ningun problema... definitivamente volveremos!!!!
