“The staff here was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. However, the initial room we were booked had roaches in it. We walked into one in the wall, one on the floor, and one on the desk. When we asked to switch rooms they were very nice about it. But the second room we got had sitting water in the sink from a previous guest. We informed them about this also and they did come fix it. Finally we got up in the morning to go swimming but couldn’t use the pool as it was dirty and looked nothing like the photos they advertised. This was especially disappointing because my kids were looking forward to going swimming. All in all, I would say the staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good but I would not stay here again.”

“Eu adoraria dar um 4 estrelas porque é apenas uma necessidade mais antiga de ser atualizado como o outro hotel HIE.Mas a equipe faz um trabalho super duper em manter o lugar limpo. É mais limpo do que a maioria dos hotéis HIE de 1 ano e isso é absolutamente incrível.Os caras esfregam o chão parece várias vezes ao dia e o quarto era um bom 8/10, o que é difícil de conseguir nos dias de hoje, então é 5 estrelas.”
