“My entire hotel stay was made incredible mostly by one individual named Phillipe who was working in the executive lounge. He spent an incredible amount of time giving me insights, suggestions of where to go, delicacies to try, etc. The hotel itself is nice but Phillipe made it a 5 star experience!”
