“WOW WOW WOW. AMAZING stay with the best staff I have ever encountered :). It was my first time in MIAMI but it won't be my last that for sure. The room was clean with a beautiful view. The pool and the lounge were great. I had a blast.PS: Spécial thanks to the night front desk team. They are so kind and gentle.”

“This is a great hotel with many amenities. However, my room was a moderately beat up, stains on the floor and furniture was beat up beyond normal wear and tear. The bathroom was extravagant and I loved it, but the TV inside the mirror in the bathroom is an overkill. The employees at the front desk are weird but the real people who work behind the scenes like the room cleaners and staff they bring you what you need in your room are amazing! It's definitely luxurious but 4 stars is almost what it deserves.”
