Wonderful all-inclusive resort. Service staff is the best! They meet your evert request with a friendly space and the best customer service I've ever had. Seven restaurants very good,although menus are very similar, only with different spices and sides. Portions small,but sufficient. Nothing to do close by, so had to stay at resort except for excursion which wasn't what I expected. Great place...beautiful facility!

This was hands down the best resort we have ever been to!! (We’ve been to about 7 all inclusive resorts for reference) The service, food, and views were impeccable. Our room was cleaned daily, restocked of all hotel room favors, and turn down service was done at night. The butler service was easy to use and they were so wonderful. The dinners were delicious and it was easy to make reservations through the app. Pools were so clean and had two swim up bars and a gorgeous ocean view. Only complaint is people were able to save chairs at 8am with so little as a flip flop or sun screen bottle, making it very difficult to get nice sun chairs. Truly one of the best experiences , would absolutely love to come again !

This resort is amazing and I would have given it 5 stars. I was there with 3 of my cousins the end of August, 2021, and we were very interested in the membership they offer because we wanted to come back. They did not offer this to us because we were not "with our husbands." Well....that is discrimination. Two of us are single, own our own businesses, successful, own our homes and we were very offended. We all spoke with them, spoke with management, before we left, and two phone calls afterward with Sharon and Jose, and NO ONE got back to us. We are very disappointed by this and will not go back there. They potentially lost out on 4 memberships.

This review is with mix feelings. We arrived after the storm and almost everything was working as normal. The service is really good, the restaurants also the service is superb. Things that I can improve are: Please if you go there do not get down at 6 am and reserve your spot on the swimming pool. That is super tacky and no a classy behavior. We understand that the hurricane is nature event. But if they just had air conditioner on the elite floors they could move everyone to that area. Because was really hard to try to sleep. Also with the lack of air conditioner we needed to take showers regularly and if you request shampoo they or didn't bringing it or they though that you will take it with you. We heard from the people of the airplane that on lower categories hotels they upgraded the wine bottles or give a flowers etc. Here was a cheap candy. And last one but not least important. We didn't receive d information for the elite area or also which restaurants where open. I feel with a lack of information. The beach is not for swimming take this into consideration. Is a great hotel I won't return here instead probably I will like to visit the Cancun one.

Booked the honeymoon suite for a week. Received an email a week before departure that due to covid our plans may have to change. So we called and they told ya they wouldn’t be open when we were originally suppose to be there. We got our reservation changed to the first available date about two weeks later. Two days before getting on the plane, we sent in our flight info to transportation so they could pick us up. We got an email back later that told us they weren’t open for another two weeks and we had canceled our stay. At no point had we cancelled anything, we never received a phone call or email that we cancelled and no one had told us our second reservation that they made was when they were still closed!! We start new jobs the week they re open and have to build PTO. This lack of communication and cancellations are unacceptable for a place like this especially when there was no sincerity or apology.

The service was absolutely perfect on each and every detail ! From the room to the pool everything was great. The food was amazing, and the choices are so varied. We stayed for 4 nights and didn't even have the time to try every restaurant. Best hotel I have been to so far !

This is a top tier resort! Can't say enough about the food, amenities and staff. Vesper our pool bar attendant was hilarious and entertaining. He provided excellent service the entire trip. Brenda our floor concierge was incredibly friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Honestly, every single staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding! We ate at Lumiere, Ocean restaurant, Pizza bar, Italian restaurant and International restaurant. I wish we could have enjoyed Mezze and Asia but didn't have time. The dessert and coffee bar was fantastic as well. The rooms are immaculate! We stayed on the first floor. We had beautiful twelve foot ceilings and everything is marble. You get a nice beach bag for poolside so don't worry about bringing one. This place might be pricey but you are certainly getting what you pay for. We used our resort credits for the Cabanas. Note- you have to pay the taxes so it cost us $80 US for using $500 resort credits...this was told to us before using the credits so it wasn't a surprise. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful place.

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! My best friend and I stayed here last week and this is the best resort either of us have stayed at! The amazing views,room, food (7 restaurants to choose from, each with delicious food, pristine pools and beach, everything shows that the employees take pride in what they do and how their resort looks. Even though this is a very romantic spot, my friend and i enjoyed the bars, private cabana, sailing, manicures and the hydrotherapy! It was so nice to be attended to every moment of the day. The rooms come with everything you could possibly need and if there is something you need, the staff will go above and beyond to help you. I cannot wait to go back!

We are currently here. The service has been excellent. The level of training in customer service is unparalleled. We actually had a couple of truly bad meals, but after complaining to management, they have been extremely accommodating. We love the peaceful and pleasant pool, beach, and decor. This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever enjoyed and we feel totally safe and relaxed. The spa is excellent! The butler service on the suite level is very nice extra touch. All in all, a very excellent property!
