“Nice hotel, too bad that some employees are the opposite. I was shocked about the attitude of the entrance guard who allowed a car to park illegally on the sidewalk, thus obstructing the entire pedestrian passageway. When confronted, he replied that we should all be more tolerant towards illegal (and socially unacceptable) parking.
Mercure, if you want to provide premium service, pease choose your personal more carefully.”
