“Hotel muito estruturado, preço justo, amplo, novo, limpo e com ótimo café. Fica afastado do centro, porém bem perto do aeroporto. Acesso às estações de trem, para quem pretende visitar cidades próximas.”

“Really bad experience unfortunately. Was told there was a shuttle. Sent an email in advance to double check with my flight details. Got info to go to the shuttle bus location. Went, saw a schedule that mentioned 24h service with next one in 20 min. Waited 30 min gave the hotel a call. Apparently there were no shuttles at that time of the day, in that time in the week. Got promised a taxi that did not arrive at a different location (departures 3). Tool a cab for 20 EUR to the hotel. Now that's going to be reimbursed hopefully. Asked about breakfast, was told to order breakfast package following a qr code. Was too late to place order so called reception again and asked to have it delivered at 6am. At 6.10 there was no breakfast and was told to get down to get it. Once down they had no idea but was pointed towards a buffe.All this could have easily been avoided with better informed staff.Breakfast was nice though!”
