I stayed at the Novotel Paddington Village on Friday night and had a great experience from the moment we arrived until we left.The Paddington Village area is at the bottom of Edge Lane so very conveniently located for guests who are driving into Liverpool. It has a number of brand-new buildings and this hotel is one of them. There is a multi-storey car park nearby which charged us £13 for an overnight stay.The hotel has a lovely modern feel. The reception area is very spacious and has industrial pieces combined with natural elements.We were staying for our anniversary and were surprised to find a treat of delicious brownies in our bedroom. The room itself had a large comfortable bed and a chaise longue by the window. There were a very large TV, a kettle, a safe and a hair dryer in the room, which I would normally expect to find. There was also an iron and an ironing board.The walk-in shower was great and the Rituals toiletries smelled delicious.Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, including fish, meats, cheese, cooked breakfast options, yoghurt, fruit, many types of cereal, pastries and different breads. I probably forgot a few things!The staff we interacted with were all very helpful, especially Felipe in reception.I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great night in Liverpool. Tem vários edifícios novos e este hotel é um deles. Há um parque de estacionamento de vários andares nas proximidades, que nos cobrou £ 13 por uma noite.O hotel tem um encantador toque moderno. A área de recepção é muito espaçosa e possui peças industriais combinadas com elementos naturais.Estávamos hospedados para o nosso aniversário e ficamos surpresos ao encontrar um deleite de deliciosos brownies em nosso quarto. O quarto em si tinha uma grande cama confortável e uma espreguiçadeira junto à janela. Havia uma TV muito grande, uma chaleira, um cofre e um secador de cabelo no quarto, que eu normalmente esperaria encontrar. Havia também um ferro e uma tábua de passar.O chuveiro walk-in foi ótimo e os artigos de toalete Rituals cheirava delicioso.Café-da-manhã foi excelente, com muitas opções, incluindo peixes, carnes, queijos, opções de café-da-manhã, iogurte, frutas, muitos tipos de cereais, doces e pães diferentes. Provavelmente esqueci algumas coisas!Os funcionários com quem interagimos foram todos muito prestativos, especialmente Felipe na recepção.Eu recomendaria o hotel para quem procura uma grande noite em Liverpool.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night on our journey to Belfast - we mentioned it was a special occasion and we couldn’t believe it when we were upgraded to one of the best rooms with the most incredible view of Liverpool!! Everywhere so clean and lovely - Would 100% stay here again! Meu namorado e eu ficamos aqui por uma noite em nossa jornada para Belfast - mencionamos que era uma ocasião especial e não podíamos acreditar quando fomos atualizados para um dos melhores quartos com a vista mais incrível de Liverpool! ! Em todos os lugares tão limpo e adorável - 100% ficaria aqui novamente!

Exceptionally clean hotel. Bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel is situated on quite a rise above the city, so a taxi is needed if you struggle with walking far or uphill. I would recommend staying here, even the multi storey car park was excellent and simple to use. Hotel excepcionalmente limpo. Os funcionários do bar e restaurante são muito simpáticos e eficientes. O hotel está situado em uma elevação bastante acima da cidade, portanto, um táxi é necessário se você luta para caminhar muito ou subir. Eu recomendaria ficar aqui, até mesmo o estacionamento de vários andares foi excelente e simples de usar.

Lovely new hotel which is not too far from the centre. Service is very good and all staff are attentive and do go that extra mile. We booked one of the bigger suites on the 13th floor which came with a kitchen area. It was very clean and spacious and perfect when travelling with a baby. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of items. Parking is only down the road so not an issue. Would definitely recommend 👌 Adorável hotel novo que não fica muito longe do centro. O serviço é muito bom e todos os funcionários são atenciosos e vão além. Reservamos uma das suítes maiores no 13º andar que veio com uma área de cozinha. Era muito limpo e espaçoso e perfeito para viajar com um bebê. O café da manhã também era bom, com uma ótima variedade de itens. O estacionamento é apenas na estrada, então não é um problema. Com certeza recomendo 👌

El servicio es muy bueno y todo el personal es atento y hace un esfuerzo adicional. Reservamos una de las suites más grandes en el piso 13 que venía con un área de cocina. Estaba muy limpio y espacioso y perfecto cuando se viaja con un bebé. El desayuno también era bueno, con una buena variedad de artículos. El estacionamiento está solo al final de la calle, por lo que no es un problema. Definitivamente lo recomendaría 👌

El hotel está situado en una gran elevación sobre la ciudad, por lo que se necesita un taxi si tiene dificultades para caminar lejos o cuesta arriba. Couldn't fault it ,staff on arrival were friendly and helpful as were all staff throughout our stay. Bedrooms very modern and clean and a lovely size, beds were really comfortable. We ate in the restaurant in the evening lovely selection of food which was all freshly prepared and hot and in the morning there was a very large selection of food. Loved all the modern decor. Carpark we found very close by and not a problem walking into the city but we found some great bars and theatres nearby Will definitely stay there again. Não poderia culpá-lo, os funcionários na chegada foram simpáticos e prestativos, assim como todos os funcionários durante toda a nossa estadia. Quartos muito modernos e limpos e um tamanho adorável, as camas eram muito confortáveis. Nós comemos no restaurante à noite adorável seleção de comida que foi preparada na hora e quente e de manhã havia uma grande variedade de comida. Adorei toda a decoração moderna. Estacionamento que encontramos muito perto e não é um problema entrar na cidade, mas encontramos ótimos bares e teatros nas proximidades Com certeza ficarei lá novamente.

Extremely clean in all areas, very good breakfast and unbeatable price. On top of all that, staff are top notch, best of the best, the friendlies and most professional person's you can ever meet. Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis e você recebe café, chá, água e biscoitos de cortesia todos os dias. Extremamente limpo em todas as áreas, café da manhã muito bom e preço imbatível. We ate in the restaurant in the evening lovely selection of food which was all freshly prepared and hot and in the morning there was a very large selection of food. Loved all the modern decor. Carpark we found very close by and not a problem walking into the city but we found some great bars and theatres nearby Will definitely stay there again. No me puedo quejar, el personal a la llegada fue amable y servicial, al igual que todo el personal durante nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones son muy modernas y limpias y de un tamaño encantador, las camas eran realmente cómodas. Comimos en el restaurante por la noche, una encantadora selección de comida que estaba recién preparada y caliente, y por la mañana había una gran selección de comida. Me encantó toda la decoración moderna. Aparcamiento que encontramos muy cerca y no fue un problema caminar hacia la ciudad, pero encontramos algunos bares y teatros geniales cerca. Definitivamente me quedaré allí de nuevo.

I had the most amazing stay here last night, the staff were so warm, welcoming and friendly from reception, management to the restaurant staff. The rooms were modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was divine!! I would come back here just for the food. I am Vegan and always find that restaurants have limited options, however there was plenty of varied options for me! The staff again were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was 'help yourself' style buffet with plenty of hot and cold options. The hot options were HOT which is rare for buffet style. Parking is approx 3 minute walk from the hotel so really handy and was easy to find. Overall a perfect stay, will 100% be recommending and will choose to stay here whenever i am in the area :) Eu tive a estadia mais incrível aqui ontem à noite, a equipe foi tão calorosa, acolhedora e amigável desde a recepção, gestão até a equipe do restaurante. Os quartos eram modernos, espaçosos, confortáveis e limpos. A comida do restaurante estava divina!! Eu voltaria aqui apenas para a comida. Eu sou vegano e sempre acho que os restaurantes têm opções limitadas, no entanto, havia muitas opções variadas para mim! A equipe novamente foi tão simpática e não poderia fazer o suficiente para você. Café-da-manhã foi 'sirva-se' buffet de estilo com muitas opções quentes e frias. As opções quentes eram QUENTES, o que é raro para o estilo buffet. O estacionamento fica a aproximadamente 3 minutos a pé do hotel, muito útil e foi fácil de encontrar. No geral, uma estadia perfeita, será 100% recomendado e optará por ficar aqui sempre que estiver na área :)

Las habitaciones eran modernas, espaciosas, cómodas y limpias. La comida en el restaurante era divina!! Volvería aquí solo por la comida. Soy vegano y siempre encuentro que los restaurantes tienen opciones limitadas, sin embargo, ¡había muchas opciones variadas para mí! El personal de nuevo fue muy amable y no podía hacer más por ti. El desayuno era un buffet estilo 'autoservicio' con muchas opciones frías y calientes. Las opciones calientes estaban CALIENTES, lo cual es raro para el estilo buffet. El estacionamiento está a aproximadamente 3 minutos a pie del hotel, por lo que es muy útil y fácil de encontrar. En general, una estadía perfecta, lo recomendaré al 100% y elegiré quedarme aquí cada vez que esté en el área :)
