Os funcionário do hotel tem pouca ou nenhuma disposição para atender a pequenos contratempos dos seus hóspedes.Além disto, o café da manhã oferecido deixa muito a desejar.

Infelizmente não podemos dar uma boa avaliação para o hotel devido a um fato pontual. Após o checkout realizado em 09/01 ao 12:00 p.m. tivemos um problema muito chato. No momento do checkout pedimos para a recepcionista tirar uma cópia de uma nota fiscal e garantia de um produto que compramos, pois precisaríamos para realizar o tax refund no aeroporto.Em seguida, guardamos no bolso da frente da mala. Ao voltar ao hotel, cerca de 4 horas depois, checamos as bagagens e o envelope com a nota fiscal, garantiae cópia não estava mais lá, e não pudemos receber o tax refund do produto. Gostaria de poder avaliar melhor o hotel, pois todos foram muitos solícitos e cordiais conosco, com exceção da recepcionista que nos atendeu no dia do checkout. Viajamos por um mês por varios países da Europa e não tivemos nenhum problema similar. Ficamos chateados com o ocorrido, mas acredito que avaliações de problemas como esse são fundamentais na escolha de um hotel.

Um hotel muito bom! O hotel tem um excelente pequeno almoço tem de tudo o necessário e se pode pedir ovos cozidos ou ovos mexidos e também pancakes! Os colaboradores são simpáticos e acessíveis! Os quartos são espaçosos e bem pensados! O quarto tem chaleira café e chá! Estão limpos apesar de ver umas nódoas no chão exigia vestígios que foram limpas! A casa de banho é também espaçosa e limpa! O local é excelente só se anda 5 minutos para o metro e em 30 minutos se encontramos no centro da cidade!

This hotel is perfectly placed between Wembley Park station and the venues in the area. It was a short walk to Wembley Arena. You could see Wembley Stadium from the hotel window. Staff were lovely and helpful and the room was clean with the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel!

Perfect location for anything Wembley related. Not too noisy at night even with a big event on. Has a limited number of parking spaces but there is a larger multistory near by. Staff were all super pleasant and helpful and bar and food service were fast and easy. Boxcar is directly opposite and the station is a 5 minute walk. Really nice experience in London.

Thanks to Sara on the front desk, our weekend visit to see the Tyson Fury fight was saved. We arrived considerably earlier than check in as we knew it would be busy. Our daughter wasn’t feeling well with a migraine and we asked if we could have a room earlier for her to lie down whilst the rest of us went into London. Whilst arranging parking the first receptionist we dealt with said absolutely zero chance we could get a room, which was fine, so our daughter was going to sleep in the car to try come round a bit so she could get to the fight. As we dropped our bags in Sara approached us and made our day by arranging a room for her, within 10 minutes she was in a room resting and by the evening was well enough to go out with us, Sara absolutely saved the weekend for her and us all and is a huge asset to your hotel. The rest of the Novotel experience was excellent too, incredible location for events at Wembley, thank you!

Perfect location for the stadium. Could do with a better indication of where and how to park the car. But the decor was tastefully done and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is very modern in design and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We arrived early(10am) and mentioned to Linda, on reception, if there would be a space available for us to get changed at midday as my daughter and I were attending the Bridgerteon Secret Cinema. She went on to change our room type-at no extra cost- and checked us in there and then! Fabulous customer care and consideration - thank you Linda. As we checked out this morning at 8am, Linda was, again, on reception and was eager to ask us how our event was! Outstanding stay from arrival to departure! 5+ stars 🌟 would highly recommend Novotel, Wembley

Perfectly placed for events in and around Wembley, this bright, clean and modern hotel is just minutes from Wembley Park Tube Station under 10 minutes from either the stadium or arena and across Olympic Way from Box Park. Staff are friendly and efficient, although replenishing the breakfast buffet could be improved, and the bar shuts at 11pm! Crazy, in London, you can't even enjoy a night cap after being out in town or even a gig at the Arena, hence only 3 stars for service. We would happily stay here again but will look for other hotels first that at least allow you to chill at the end of the night.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was really nice and felt homey. The food was good. Ideal for a event in Wembley stadium or just a business trip. There is underground parking but with limited spaces (£15 per day) My only complaint was somebody on my floor was smoking cannabis and the corridor stank of it.

Near the Wembley Stadium and The Box. Perfect place to stay for a short trip or a business trip. Really helpful staffs and very clean room. Breakfast was great and for lunch and dinner you can always hit the Box for varieties of items from around the world.

Boa localização a 100 metros da estação do metro de Wembley Park. O pequeno almoço é fraco e com pouca oferta. O quarto é espaçoso e bonito. O colchão é péssimo e super mole. A pressão da água do banho é boa no entanto a zona de banho não é completamente fechada o que não permite um duche à vontade. O sistema de limpeza de quartos está desatualizado ainda recorrendo à desculpa do Covid. Temos de enviar mensagens todos os dias para o whatsapp a pedir papel higiénico, ou troca de toalhas ou limpeza do quarto. As toalhas são extremamente pequenas. As casas de banho são pequenas. No entanto é um hotel que permite um bom descanso. Tem tomadas eléctricas universais. Tenho visto longas filas na recepção para check-in e check out.

El hotel muy limpio, no es muy céntrico pero el metro está justo al lado, con lo que no tienes ningún problema. Los recepcionistas no tienen ni idea de español pero intentan ayudarte. Ahora hay 2 chicos en el restaurante que si que hablan español deberían ponerlos en la recepción y son Cristiha Stoica y Davide Zuhaglini ellos deberían de ser de la recepción pero el hotel genial. Gracias a ellos pudimos cenar.

Agradable zona en la que se encuentra ubicado, muy cerca la estación de tren de Wembley y poder trasladarse a distintos puntos de la ciudad, las habitaciones son cómodas, muy limpias y en buen estado, muy recomendable.

Really lovely room, only problem was the amount of toiletries/extras was not the amount expected for the size. There was only enough for one person when we stayed in a suite with 3. Other than that fantastic though.

I can not speak highly enough of this hotel and the reception staff at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome, and they had done their absolute best to accommodate us in every way they could. The food was divine and our room was beautifully clean and decorated. There was even a Nespresso machine! 🥰 When we first arrived we were welcomed with some cakes and a little beefeater teddy. Our view was spectacular too of the London skyline, and being a little bit of a geek, I loved being so close to the City airport. 🛫 Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay special. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect for us, close to the train station and bus stop. Places to eat are within walking distance. Spacious bedroom, nice breakfast, they have gluten-free bread as well. Service from the staff were also very good. Will definitely put this hotel on top of our list when next time we want to stay around Wembley again.

Nice hotel, very clean. Comfy beds although a bit too soft. Ideal location at 50 meters from Wembley park tube station. They often have deals as low as 50£/night

Hotel moderno. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Desayuno buffet bueno, sin ser espectacular. Personal amable y muy buen gimnasio. El único inconveniente, para mí, es que en Wembley no hay nada, aparte del estadio y algunos centros comerciales. Aunque tienes el metro muy cerca, llegar a Londres te lleva una buena medida hora.

el hotel es muy agradable, el personal encantador y la ubicacion es muy buena. Esta alejado del centro pero enfrente del Wembley Stadium y con una estacion de metro a muy pocos metros, que nos ha permitido ir adonde queriamos. La comida del hotel muy buena , han tenido en cuentaque era celiaca y he tenido mi pan recien hecho cada desayuno.
