Eles fizeram das nossas férias a melhor experiência! Em primeiro lugar, eles nos deixaram fazer o check-in quando chegamos às 10h sem custo extra. Eles têm algo para minha filha comemorar seu aniversário. A comida no restaurante era ótima e a piscina que gostamos de frequentar fica ao lado do outro. A praia estava a menos de um minuto a pé foi incrível!

Estância incrível. hospedado aqui 6 dias e 5 noites. Piscina foi incrível. Excelente vista (ficou na torre do oceano). O restaurante tinha comida excelente. Eles tocaram música à noite que foi muito festiva. Tinha segurança no local. A equipe foi excepcional. O único “negativo” é que não há praia. Fica literalmente na praia. Você sai dos degraus e o oceano está bem ali. Você também tem os cais e grandes rochas afiadas para caminhar (invista em sapatos de água). Realmente não há lugar para “relaxar” junto à água. Você tem que descer um pouco e mesmo assim não há muito espaço por causa do calçadão. Todos em todos um ótimo hotel. Esta foi a segunda vez que estive lá e voltarei.

They made our vacation the best experience! First and foremost, they let us checked in when we arrived at 10am without extra charge. They have something for my daughter celebrating her birthday. The food at the restaurant was great and the pool which we like to hangout are next to each other. The beach was less than a minute walk was awesome!

Awesome resort. Stayed here 6 days and 5 nights. Pool was awesome. Great view (stayed in ocean tower). The restaurant had great food. They played music in the evening which was very festive. Had security on site. Staff was exceptional. The only “negative” is that there is no beach. It is literally on the beach. You step off the steps and the ocean is right there. You also have the jetty’s and large sharp rocks to walk on (invest in water shoes). Really there’s no place to “relax” right by the water. You have to move down a little ways and even then there’s not much room because of the boardwalk. All in all a great hotel. This was my second time being there and I’ll be back.

Um dos melhores hotéis com vista para o mar em Waikiki. Nossa família ficou no Ocean Front Club Queen Room por 5 noites em julho de 2022. Tudo durante a nossa estadia foi perfeito. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e recém-reformado. As camas eram grandes e confortáveis. A localização é conveniente para muitos restaurantes e shopping centers. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito gentis e sempre lá para ajudar os hóspedes do hotel. O hotel também tinha fácil acesso à praia e diferentes tipos de atividades aquáticas. A área pública do hotel foi recentemente renovada num estilo moderno e luminoso para que se sinta feliz e relaxe. Por fim, quero agradecer a Mandy, a governanta do 8F, ela trabalhou tão duro para manter nosso quarto 819 limpo e arrumado todos os dias. Além disso, envie meus agradecimentos a Frank, o gerente do salão do clube V47, ele estava sempre lá todas as manhãs para nos ajudar a preparar o café da manhã. Todos os membros da minha família, meu marido, meus filhos amam muito o hotel. Nós definitivamente voltaremos no futuro próximo.

One of the best ocean view hotels in Waikiki. Our family stayed in Ocean Front Club Queen Room for 5 nights in July 2022. Everything during our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and newly renovated. The beds were big and comfortable. The location are convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel staff were so kind and always there to provide help to the hotel guests. The hotel also had an easy access to the beach and different kinds of water activities. The hotel public area were newly renovated in a modern and bright style to make you feel happy and relax. At last , I wants to say thanks to Mandy, the housekeeper of 8F, she worked so hard to keep our Room 819 clean and tidy everyday. Also, send my thanks to Frank, the manager of V47 club lounge, he was always there every morning to help us set up the breakfast. All my family members, my husband, my kids love the hotel so much. We will definitely come back in the near future.

Passamos 4 dias comemorando o início de nossa lua de mel. O quarto era exatamente como esperado; limpo e vista parcial para o mar. Piscina/área de hidromassagem era muito limpo. O lobby era muito charmoso. O entretenimento noturno acrescentou uma sensação havaiana muito genuína à experiência. Nos foi oferecida uma cerimônia de renovação de votos com uma apresentação tradicional de hula havaiana junto com um oficiante e músico de ukulele na praia. Foi íntimo e muito pessoal. No entanto, entrei em contato com o hotel e o fotógrafo sobre fotos e não recebi resposta. A comida era muito boa e por sua localização em Waikiki com preços razoáveis. A entrada dos fundos do hotel tem acesso à praia e um belo calçadão com vista incrível do nascer e do pôr do sol.

Do início ao fim, este hotel foi perfeito para nossas férias em família. Donna, na recepção, foi útil em mais de uma ocasião e fez a nossa estadia muito mais relaxante e sem preocupações. Todos os funcionários com quem conversamos foram simpáticos e atenciosos. O nosso quarto era limpo diariamente (ligamos para pedir). Ficamos em uma suíte de um quarto, e tanto a cama quanto o sofá-cama eram confortáveis. Os quartos eram frios com ar condicionado que funcionava sem problemas. O refrigerador e forno foram muito útil com duas crianças - portanto, foram capazes de manter lanches e bebidas em nosso quarto por um longo período de tempo. A piscina era relaxante, e bem ao lado do bar ~ o que proporcionou um momento relaxante para os adultos e um momento divertido para as crianças. Se você caminhar pelo hotel, acaba direto na praia! No geral, estamos muito satisfeitos por termos ficado aqui, e definitivamente reservaremos novamente!

Our family stayed at the beautiful Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort which had an ocean view and was beachfront. We were able to check right in upon our arrival. The entire staff here is so amazing and kind. The hotel is super clean and the housekeeping does a wonderful job daily. We had Ocean Club access that included unlimited breakfast daily and evening reception that included unlimited appetizers, Mai Tai's, desserts and other drinks. You also receive 15% off all regular dining throughout your stay. They have daily activities and also live music every evening. This hotel is in the middle of lots of shopping and restaurants that are walking distance.

Spent 4 days celebrating the start of our honeymoon. The room was exactly as expected; clean and a partial ocean view. Pool/hot tub area was very clean. The lobby was very charming. Nightly entertainment added a very genuine Hawaiian feel to the experience. We were offered a vow renewal ceremony with a traditional Hawaiian hula performance along with an officiant and ukulele musician on the beach. It was intimate and very personal. However I have reached out to both the hotel and photographer about photos and have received no response. The food was very good and for its location in Waikiki fairly priced. The back entrance to the hotel has beach access and a nice boardwalk with incredible view of sunrise and sunset.

From start to finish, this hotel was perfect for our family vacation. Donna, at the front desk, was helpful on more than one occasion and made our stay that much more relaxing and worry free. All staff members we spoke to were friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily (we called to ask for it). We stayed in a one bedroom suite, and both the bed and the pull out sofa bed were comfortable. Rooms were cool with air conditioning that ran without any issues. The fridge and microwave were very handy with two kids - so we were able to keep snacks and beverages in our room for a longer period of time. The pool was relaxing, and right next to the bar ~ which made for a relaxing time for the adults and fun time for the kiddos. If you walk through the hotel you end up straight on the beach! Overall, we are so pleased we stayed here, and will definitely book again!

Experiência incrível! sim, ainda havia construção em andamento, mas a equipe e as comodidades compensaram bem. Nós estávamos lá com um grande grupo e do café da manhã ao happy hour para comer no restaurante a equipe nos reconheceu e nos acolheu em todos os lugares. A comida era sempre incrível. Faça upgrade para os quartos da Voyager 47, vale a pena! Alguns dos funcionários incríveis foram: Stanley, Rick, Frank, Ray, Karissa e muitos mais. Sempre tinha um sorriso e uma oferta de se precisássemos de mais alguma coisa. Conseguimos até renovar nossos votos de casamento em uma cerimônia no estilo havaiano na praia deles. Ficaria aqui novamente, e recomendaria a família (que eu gosto) para ficar lá também!

This Hotel is clean, Staff is kind and service was excellent. Hotel has some minor renivations happening and they did a nice job of cording the areas off like Disney does so you cant even notice. We originally had 2 of the 3 bed rooms booked for our 9 day stay, We are a Family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids so this room would have been sufficient for a few dayswith kids but not for 9 days. The resort let us upgrade to 2 rooms and one was a suite. It the option to use a hallway door as a entry to the 2 rooms so we felt safe. The 1 suite had a sink and living room areas that make it more convenient. The second room had 2 full size beds.This was exactly what we needed for the kids. Pool and hot tubare nice and clean , the restaurant a d bard serve great foodI would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing experience! yes there was still construction going on, but the staff and the amenities well made up for it. We were there with a big group and from breakfast to happy hour to eating at the restaurant the staff recognized us and welcomed us everywhere. The food was always amazing. Upgrade to the Voyager 47 rooms, it is worth it! Some of the amazing staff were: Stanley, Rick, Frank, Ray, Karissa and so many more. Always had a smile and an offer of if we needed anything more. We even were able to renew our wedding vows in a Hawaiian style ceremony on their beach. Would stay here again, and would recommend to family (that I like) to stay there too!

We had an amazing stay. Everyone who worked there seemed to enjoy what they did. Our housekeeper Lily was great. She lined my shoes up and even folder clothes I left on the bed. She folded my BONNET! I've never even done that lol. Loved the 47 Voyager breakfast and evening food. Our flight was rescheduled and they gave us a deal on another night. It's really clean and right on the beach in a not so busy area. I will be back for sure.Gave 4 stars only because of construction but it was not an issue at all. Also, the elevator didn't go to the 10th floor where we were. It stopped on the 9th. Would've been nice to know prior.

A equipe foi incrível muito gentil. Jason na recepção foi incrível nos enganchou com atividades na área para fazer. Até agora, nossa estadia foi tão maravilhosa com certeza voltará os quartos são bem mobiliados, geladeira, muito espaço e varanda também ao lado do quarto agradável para sentar e ouvir as bandas tocar. A praia fica ao virar da esquina. saindo quarta-feira e temendo. tem sido uma estadia maravilhosa. Amo amo amo este lugar. Se você não ficar aqui, está perdendo!

Minha família de 4 (13 e 9 anos, além de 2 pais) adorou nossa estadia aqui! Os funcionários foram todos super simpáticos, a comida era fresca e incrível, a piscina era limpa e convidativa, as camas e travesseiros (ooooomg os travesseiros!) Eram confortáveis, e A localização era ótima. Passamos extra para o quarto com vista para o mar e não decepcionou! O hotel fica à direita na beira da água, então as vistas (e privacidade) eram excelentes.É cerca de 10 minutos a pé da parte principal da Praia de Waikiki, mas estávamos perfeitamente felizes nadando em frente ao hotel. Não era tão arenoso, mas estava muito menos lotado.A * única * coisa que eu gostaria que pudesse ter sido diferente era se tivéssemos uma cômoda de verdade para colocar nossas roupas e mais ganchos para nossas roupas molhadas. É difícil se manter organizado sem esses recursos, mas conseguimos 🙂 #firstworldproblemsÓtimo preço, ótima localização, ótima equipe e ótimo tempo para todos! Obrigado a todos que tornaram nossa estadia incrível!

Vista soberba, quarto limpo estridente, ótimo serviço. Atendimento 4 estrelas no geral. O único problema é que quando fomos durante o verão estava em construção, então meio que nos colocou em um tipo de humor mais baixo. Provavelmente porque foi um pouco mais barato em comparação com os hotéis ao lado. Mas o serviço a partir de então foi ótimo. Muito feliz com a reserva. Estacionamento e quase tudo é extra como você pode esperar de tais hotéis. Gostaria que tivessem um microondas em cada andar e o berço para o bebê tivesse um pouco de ferrugem. A vista era soberba. A área da piscina estava bem na nossa frente e só queria que estivesse aberta até mais tarde da noite, mas com covid compreensível.

Superb view, squeaky clean room, great service. 4 star service all in all. The only issue is when we went over the summer it was under construction so kinda put us in a downer sort of mood. Probably why it was slightly cheaper compared to hotels next door. But the service from then on was great. Really happy with the booking. Parking and almost everything is extra as you can expect from such hotels. Wish they had a microwave on every floor and the crib for the baby had a little bit of rust. The view was superb. The pool area was right in front of us and only wish it was open till later at night but with covid understandable.

The staff was amazing very kind. Jason at the front desk was amazing hooked us up with activities in the area to do. So far our stay has been so so wonderful will definitely come back the rooms are nicely furnished refrigerator lots of room and balcony also attached to the room nice to sit out and hear the bands play.The beach is right around the corner. leaving Wednesday and dreading it.it’s been a wonderful stay. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. If you don’t stay here you are missing out!

My family of 4 (13 and 9 years old, in addition to 2 parents) loved our stay here! The staff were all super friendly, the food was fresh and amazing, the pool was clean and inviting, the beds and pillows (ooooomg the pillows!) were comfortable, and the location was great. We spent extra for the ocean view room and it did NOT disappoint! The hotel is RIGHT on the water's edge so the views (and privacy) were great. It's about a 10 minute walk from the main part of Waikiki Beach, but we were perfectly happy swimming right outside the hotel. It wasn't as sandy, but it was far less crowded. The *only* thing I wish could have been different was if we had an actual dresser to put our clothes in, and more hooks for our wet clothing. Hard to stay organized without these features, but we managed 🙂 #firstworldproblems Great price, great location, great staff, and great time had by all! Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!

Esta foi a nossa segunda estadia aqui. Ficamos em maio de 2021 e novamente no Dia de Ação de Graças de 2021. Em 28/11/21 a construção estava em seus estágios finais. A nossa primeira estadia foi no edifício da torre do oceano e a estadia recente no edifício principal da frente. Se você ficar neste último, a construção não será relevante. No entanto, os quartos da torre do oceano são muito maiores e melhores, então fique lá se puder. A localização do hotel é perfeita! A uma curta distância de tudo e de tudo Waikiki. Também o acesso direto à praia é ótimo! Existem toalhas de piscina / hotel disponíveis. Os quartos eram imaculados e o serviço é excelente. O hotel precisa de uma loja de presentes / artigos diversos para completar as comodidades, mas há uma loja ABC a 2 minutos a pé e um ótimo café para fazer uma refeição rápida do outro lado da rua (30 segundos a pé). Estacionamento com manobrista apenas $ 40 + impostos / nt. Com as taxas reduzidas oferecidas atualmente devido à construção (o que não é um incômodo), este lugar é um super negócio até a terceira semana de dezembro.

Antes de nossa estadia, lemos que havia uma tonelada de remodelação acontecendo no lobby e que desligou muitos durante a sua estadia. Nós QUASE (s) em outro lugar como uma precaução, mas tão feliz por não o fizemos! Chegamos ao fim (eles estavam mudando os móveis nos últimos dias em que estivemos lá), então não, não posso dizer que experimentamos qualquer um dos distúrbios de ruído dos quais os hóspedes anteriores reclamaram. Check-in foi perfeito e o quarto era limpo, espaçoso e bem decorado! Da varanda, tínhamos uma visão completa do museu e toda a vegetação ao lado que era bom, e um vislumbre da praia à nossa esquerda. A piscina era de bom tamanho e eles ofereciam entretenimento ao vivo a partir das 18h. O restaurante à beira da piscina foi um bom toque também! Nós jantamos e coquetéis lá um par de noites. O quarto era limpo diariamente. A localização é PERFEITA. Passagem fácil para a água e acesso MUITO fácil a lojas e restaurantes! Lewers Street fica do outro lado do caminho que leva a tudo e qualquer coisa que você possa precisar a uma curta distância. Meu marido e eu adoramos que tínhamos todas as vantagens da estrada principal sem a agitação e o barulho da rua. A única desvantagem foi a de US $ 39 por noite para manobrista obrigatório no topo da taxa de resort (caramba, isso com certeza acrescenta), mas isso é esperado considerando a localização. Apesar disso, com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente e estamos ansiosos para ver o novo e melhorado lobby! (E tratando daqueles que reclamam que os quartos precisam de "atualização", nosso quarto estava perfeitamente bom e bem conservado para a idade do edifício e o preço. Se você quer luxo e opulência, vá para outro lugar e pague 3 vezes mais ... )

Prior to our stay we read that there was a ton of remodeling going on in the lobby and that it turned many off during their stay. We ALMOST booked elsewhere as a precaution but so glad we didn't! We came at the tail-end of it (they were moving furniture in the last couple of days we were there), so no, I can't say we experienced any of the noise disturbances earlier guests complained about. Check in was seamless and the room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! From the balcony we had a full view of the museum and all it's greenery next door which was nice, and a glimpse of the beach to our left. The pool was a good size and they offered live entertainment starting at 6pm. Poolside restaurant was a good touch too! We had dinner and cocktails there a couple of nights. Room was cleaned daily. Location is PERFECT. Easy walkway to the water and VERY easy access to shopping and restaurants! Lewers Street is right across the way leading to anything and everything you could possibly need within walking distance. My husband and I loved that we had all the perks of the main road without the hustle and bustle and street noise. Only downside was the $39 a night for mandatory valet on top of the resort fee (yikes, that sure adds up), but that's to be expected considering location. Despite that we would definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the new and improved lobby! (And addressing those complaining that the rooms need "updating", our room was perfectly fine and well-maintained for the age of the building and the price. If you want luxury and opulence, go elsewhere and pay 3 times the rate...)

This was our second stay here. We stayed back in May 2021 and again for Thanksgiving 2021. As of 11.28.21 the construction is in its final stages. Our first stay was in the ocean tower building and recent stay in the main front building. If you stay in the latter the construction isn't relevant. However the ocean tower rooms are much larger and better, so stay there if you can. The location of the hotel is perfect! Walking distance to anything and everything Waikiki. Also direct beach access is great! There are pool/hotel towels available. The rooms were spotless and service is excellent. The hotel needs a gift /sundries shop to complete amenities but there is an ABC store a two min walk and a great cafe to grab a quick bite directly across the street (30 sec walk). Valet parking only $40+tax/nt. With the reduced rates currently offered due to construction (which is not a bother at all) this place is a super deal through the third week of December.

The valet and especially manager gave us wonderful location recommendations. So helpful and nice. We had our room upgraded which was great after long flight. We were able to check out late with a small fee but it was worth it. We definitely would love to go back again someday. The pool is has 2 jacuzzi. The beach you can walk right out to and keep going to whatever area you wanna sit at. All beaches in Hawaii are public.

El lugar es muy confortable con pileta y en un entorno espectacular rodeado de mar restaurantes y shops. Tiene wifi ( como casi todo en esta ciudad) y la atencion es muy buena.

Fui a desayunar al buffet. Valet solo cobra $6 por hasta 4 horas con validacion del restaurante. Despues de comer camine sobre la playa. Muy bonito lugar.
