“Rooms are outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The room was gross and not clean at all. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor like it hadn't been mopped previously. Water pressure was so low that the shower would not run and the shower tab had to be held while I showered to keep it running. Not to mention the water was luke warm. I would never stay here again!”

“Not a 4 star hotel, but is nice and conveniently located downtown. Their lock system for the doors to the rooms is very problematic. I would not stay here again based on that alone. I had to have my key reset 4 times and some friends we were staying with got locked out of their room when they went to get ice. The breakfast buffet looked really nice, but costs $20. The towels are extra long and the beds are comfortable. I think the beds at Holiday Inn Express are better, but they are still nice. I really enjoyed the hot tub. The pool is a little on the small side, but it was a perfect temp and clean. Overall, if it would not have been for the door issues, I would give this hotel 5 stars.”
