“Es un hotel bien ubicado cerca de la zona turistica, sin embargo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, nosotros eramos 4 personas y nos tropezabamos con nuestras cosas. El lobby estaba muy sucio, los elevadores eran muy lentos. La atencion fue buena pero la verdad es que buscaria otra opcion en nuestras proximas vacaciones a Chicago”

“Pésimo, las habitación en la que nos quedamos estaba llena de bed bugs (chinches), terrible trato en la recepción cuando nos fuimos a quejar, no nos querían cambiar de habitación hasta que les demostramos que si era cierto. Nos dieron nueva habitación e igualmente estaba lleno de chinches.”
