“Fantastic location and service. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way for my request for an early check in.
Was particularly impressed with the service at the restaurant- John Chetty, F & B manager waited till we arrived back from seeing the lights at Redwood and had our dinner delivered to our room spot on.
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows- bit dated rooms but that’s minor.”

“We spent 2 nights with our children. Amazing doesn't come close to describing our stay. The staff went above and beyond, especially the service staff for breakfast. So helpful, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the staff were first class, especially John I think he was called who was in charge of running the breakfast service. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and room was toasty and warm even with the cold nights. We can't wait to return and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends. The staff should all be so proud of the amazing job they do and we truly appreciate the fantastic service we received during our stay.”
