“Stayed here on business. Was scheduled to stay Sunday - Friday I checked out Monday due to the cleanliness of the hotel. I gave them the opportunity to redeem themselves and they switched me rooms. Second room was just as bad. I had terrible allergies because of how dusty the hotel room was. You could see the layer of dust on the surfaces and even the wall paper. My bottom sheets had shoe prints and dirt. The towels felt sticky and like they been there for months. The lady at the front desk was apologetic and tried to help but it’s not her fault the rooms are that filthy. I made my decision based on picture and prior reviews but this place is lacking efforts to make someone feel comfortable to stay there. I had to get out of there. Went to a different hotel near by and I felt like I could breathe! Been asking for my corrected invoice my expense reimbursement and I yet to receive it after having to ask for it more than 2 times now. This was very disappointing. Management needs to step up and get to the bottom of why things have gone so far down hill for a Sheraton. Informed my company not to have any one else stay at this hotel. They could have earned some consistent business but it’s definite no for us.”

“I chose this location through travel perks for a five nights stay through my company. When I arrived The concierge said that he had never heard of travel perks and that it was against policy to accept the travel perks method of payment provided. I asked the concierge if he could contact a manager or supervisor as I am 8 months pregnant and just traveled 3 hours. The concierge said "no, there's nobody to contact they will just say the same thing as it's our policy". After contacting travel perks and the travel perks agent speaking to the concierge he finally agreed to contact a manager who gave him the okay as they DID accept the method of payment travel perks provided. After spending almost an hour trying to check in I was finally able to park my vehicle and head to the room. Parking is completely behind the hotel and none of the side access doors were working I had to carry four large bags while being 8 months pregnant completely around the building to gain entrance through the lobby. Once I had made it up to my room I quickly seen that it was the wrong room. I had reserved a King suite and he sent me to a smaller double bed room. I called the concierge to let him know and he advised me I would have to come all the way back down to the lobby to obtain the correct room keys. By the time I made it back to the lobby I was in so much pain I was sure that I was going into labor. The concierge acted as if I were bothering him by simply just trying to check into the correct suite. I nor our company will ever choose this location again.”
