Stayed one night to attend an event in the area. Check-in was simple and streamlined. Plenty of parking. Our room was a double queen with a separate lounge area with full sofa and mini kitchen area. Nice room amenities. The pool looked clean and well-kept. Breakfast was disappointing, however. We've stayed at other Springhill Suites in other states that offered fresh meats and bread selections. Those items here were pre-packaged in bags. Not very appetizing. Very close to Hershey Park entrance and convenient to other area attractions.

Great location if you're going to Hershey park. The staff was very friendly, very clean and updated lobby/breakfast area. I was a little disappointed in the room, the beds were not comfortable, and the room was small and outdated. They are in the process of updating all the rooms in this hotel, so I will give it another chance if I'm going back to Hershey park.

Best location to get to Hershey Park and Giant Arena!!! Staff A+ from front desk to maid service. Wonderful waters, decaf teas in lobby. At first I was disappointed no eggs, bacon etc but the breakfast quiche on Sat and breakfast bagel on Sun were great!! All the oatmeal toppings were great also. Did not have a waffle but heard people say they were delicious. Yogurt selections were wonderful also!! Many plusses staying at Springhill Suites.

Very outdated Hotel. Almost has the feel of a low end/ low budget hotel. Being a Marriott I would have expected clean and great hospitality. What was received was a hotel with ripped carpet, wallpaper coming off the wall, carpet that turned the bottom of our socks black from the dirt and cracked tile that was painted to cover it. Very disappointed with a branded Hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel in all aspects. Very clean, nice front desk, windows can be open a bit which eliminates problems with the smell in a room and gives you fresh air to breathe, great choices and quality for breakfast and close to Hershey's attractions. The only thing that could be improved is the temperature of the water in the pool and jaccuzzi tub should be much higher (particularly at cold seasons of the year). Other then that everything was great and we hope to stay here again.
