“This is a nice hotel and this is not the first time I've spent time here. This time on a 12 day trip the hotel central heating system broke on my 4th day here. I've already spent 3 days waiting for the hot water to come and took freezing cold showers that ended up giving me a sore throat.... Just to hear that I'll have to wait another week for it to be fixed. And that they had already told me that or someone gave me the wrong information.... How a hotel on the new years week allows it to happen?”

“I've stayed at Suites Larco on 2 separate vacations. The location is great as it's in the center of Miraflores, traffic can be a little bit of an issue depending on when you are arriving but that's to be expected for the location. The majority of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful and out of both times I've stayed I only found 1 front desk person to be a little off-putting. I have always booked a suite, both bedrooms are nicely sized, my only complaint about the room itself would be the size of the shower, the showers are pretty small and there are no refrigerators incase you buy something you want to keep cold. My only serious complaint would be a policy issue - When I book a suite which can easily accommodate 3-4 people and only check in with 1 other person, guests who will stay the night are charged a $25 fee. I have several friends who live in Lima and when planning outings it's sometimes easier for them to stay at the hotel with me if we are getting an early start in the morning, If my room can accommodate 3-4 people and only 2 are using the room at checkin, having a guest stay for a night should not require a fee since the room already has 3 beds and the room I paid for can accommodate 3+ people anyhow.”
