“Hotel was nice. Not spectacular. I’m a platinum elite member w Marriott and stayed at better places that are much more updated, though the rooms were very clean and comfortable and had Molton Brown bath products. Most importantly to ME, I accidentally left something behind and when I called to ask if it was found, someone was supposed to look into and return my call to let me know and never did. This was a few months ago so it this point it looks like my make up bag is either being enjoyed by someone else or was thrown away but it certainly wasn’t returned.”

“I had a mostly good experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. There is construction going on behind the hotel, but we didn’t hear any noise from our park view room. The room was nice though one day a roach did enter the room probably from the balcony. We didn’t see any other bugs. The electricity flickered for one of the lamps in the room when the hotel started filling up with more guests. My cousin and I got followed by a strange male staff member of the hotel when we went to the pool late at night. Eventually he did leave us alone. Overall though I would stay here again. It’s also in a very nice convenient area”
