“I know I read so many reviews that said don't waste your money, but I thought I would try it out anyway and they were right. I stayed in 4 hotels during my vacation stay and even though this place was the most expensive it was not the best. The most irritating part about our stay here was the elevators! I can't believe that for a thousand a night this place does not have elevators that are in good working condition. I was afraid more than once that I was going to be stuck in an elevator. The elevators take quite a long time to come if they do work at all. The beach gazebo outside was covered in bird poop. We booked some sort of breakfast package and when I asked multiple times the staff had no idea what the breakfast package entailed and wouldn't tell us till after we ordered food. The room was clean and nice but smelled musty. When we looked at the air filter we noticed it looked very dirty.”
